The truth is, Dave Smith is a layman on this issue. As a comedian we wouldn't expect him to have deep, well-researched views on this subject. In total contrast is Peter McCullough, who was an expert being suppressed by the government on the true nature of COVID -19 and the vaccines.

Today’s vote was about power and trust. The power of the state to end life, and the trust that individuals can have in their health providers. Many with power will not feel the creeping intimidation, but the weak, the vulnerable and the marginalised will, that is why I voted against the Assisted Dying Bill. It is astounding how easily people confuse two very different acts. We asked to explain it in simple terms: A civilian wearing a mask at a protest is exercising a constitutional right. The First Amendment protects anonymous speech and peaceful assembly. Americans have long had the right to criticize power without revealing their identity. That protection is not a loophole. It is a safeguard. A government agent wearing a mask is not exercising a right. They are exercising state power. State power operates under a different standard. The Constitution demands accountability from those who detain, search, or use force. The Fourth Amendment restricts government action. Due process requires transparency. Public power cannot hide behind anonymity while asserting control. In a democracy: Private speech can be anonymous. Government force cannot. One is liberty. The other is authority. Know the difference. Help fight ICE: And yes — the First Amendment protects you from calling and ICE agent a “piece of shit” - if you don’t like it, I hear there are other countries without constitutions.

In my time as a student, both in political science and in general liberal arts, I was never given a model that properly incorporated the absence of government power that also captured power over time. In the advent of woke, nailing down terms like “liberalism” and disassociating it from the progressive movement better informs the electorate. Liberalism, Anarchy, and various forms of totalitarianism must properly be defined and frame-worked to understand proximity and direction. We are on the doorstep of an authoritarianism that was sold to the general public as “liberal” or even “centrist” over time. It was sold to us through models that omitted the dimension I submit to you now. 🧵
