Douglas Murray is whinging about his “free speech” being censored after the Apollo theatre cancelled a fundraising event for the IDF. This has NOTHING to do with curtailing free speech or censoring Jewish charities. This has EVERYTHING to do with raising funds for an army that is committing a genocide. Can we start asking Douglas when was the last time he raised money for the armed forces of his own country which he claims to love so much?

Gotta love Douglas Murray for not falling into the greatest trap of public debating – which is letting the bully cut you off in order to ruin your argument. You also have to love Murray’s ability to express a very simple truth: 1) The definition of terrorism is the deliberate targeting of civilians. 2) On October 7th, Hamas murdered, raped, decapitated, and kidnapped more than 1,000 innocent Israelis, deliberately targeting civilians. 3) The IDF only targets terrorists; but in EVERY war, there are unfortunate civilian casualties.
