🚨 NOBODY THOUGHT THE TREASURY COMPANIES WOULD BE THE TRIGGER Saylor's Strategy: trading below the value of its own Bitcoin, now selling BTC to cover dividends. Tom Lee's BitMine: down 86%, $9B underwater on Ethereum no longer raising, just paying out. Different fuel. Same stall. When the buyers of last resort stop buying and start paying out, the playbook is dead. They were never clean crypto bets. They were a leveraged premium dressed up as one. And convincing the world otherwise was the greatest trick the market ever

Math quant bot on Polymarket made over $457K PnL in 20 days - he turned $7,387 → $457k profit it uses Markov Chains to find "mispriced" windows on BTC and ETH up/down markets - made 14,200+ predictions, with ~$22,850 avg. daily profit by exploiting gaps humans miss at 3AM strategy: a 1h BTC/ETH up/down market is a binary contract it pays $1 if event happens → $0 if not Markov Chains give you the probability of the next market state based on: > current state of the market (up / down / flat) > transition matrix built from live price data > diagonal persistence value - how stable the current state is formula: p̂ − market_price ≥ 0.05 AND P(j, j) ≥ 0.87 bot profile: - read article below to understand how Markov Chains are used to extract edge from prediction markets

ETH investor Stanley Druckenmiller: “Our whole payment system will be stablecoins in 10-15 years” BitMine (BMNR), the ETH treasury company chaired by Tom Lee, holds almost $10 billion of ETH. Legendary investor Stanley Druckenmiller is listed among key backers like Founders Fund, ARK's Cathie Wood, and Bill Miller. This aligns with his recent bullish comments on stablecoins and blockchain payments: “Blockchain and the use of stablecoins — if you want to throw crypto and tokens into that — are incredibly useful in terms of productivity. I assume our whole payment system will be stablecoins in 10-15 years. Efficient. Quicker. Cheaper.”

Almost got head-on'd by some idiot in a G Wagen. FSD had a very good response, but I took over to pull over further onto the gravel and slow down because he was not slowing down. Happy Thursday and stay safe friends.

Looks like the Solana jeeters are moving over to Robinhood. What the hell happened with $FLYBRAIN? From 0 to $60M, then all the way back down to $10M. Still, it paid me over 40 $ETH in just a couple of hours, which is a pretty good reward considering I expected much less. I'm enjoying the hell out of life :)

Yesterday the Kurdish and Arabic sign over the palace of justice in Hasakah was replaced with an English and Arabic sign, which was torn down by angry Kurds. Tonight a new sign was placed in just Arabic. It has again been pulled down by angry Kurds.

Heartbreaking 💔: Terry McLaurin has been walking up and down field by himself with hoodie over his head and looks visibly upset. Terry is sad that the Commanders highest offer has ONLY been $28M a year. How is Terry supposed to put food on the table?

I almost feel sorry for Kate being dissed by her own husband in front of the world like this. 🫣 Willy casually strolls down the steps without a care in the world, leaving Tom Cruise to do the gentlemanly thing and offer Kate his hand to help her down. Super cringe!😬

Ireland devastated by flooding! Money spent on housing migrants over the last 5 years : €5 billion. Money spent on flood management over the last 5 years : €550 million. It gets worse, according to RTE, the emergency response payment for those affected by the floods will not be available until February 4th, almost a week from now. This is unacceptable, the politicians need to pull the finger out and make funds available a lot sooner!
