🚨 IMPORTANT THREAD: PLEASE READ 🚨 Hey everyone, My husband and I are still going through an incredibly difficult time financially. Right now, we have less than $200 in our bank account, and we’re struggling to find steady work despite actively searching. Money has been especially tight these past few months, and we’re doing everything we can to stay afloat. 🫠 While donations through Ko-fi or PayPal would mean the world to us, I hate asking for money outright. That’s why I’m reopening my voiceover commissions and offering something special for Valentine’s Day! 💝 Valentine’s Day Special 💝 Looking for the perfect gift? I’m offering personalized voice-over commissions! 🎙️ Whether it’s: 💌 A heartfelt custom message 🎭 An impression of your favorite character 🎤 A unique voice for your OC I’d love to bring it to life! Personalized messages are just $10 each (up to 50 words), and this offer is available until EOD February 15th CST. 🎙️ Other Voiceover Services 🎙️ I also offer a variety of voiceover work, including narration, character voices, and more. A few notes: ❌ I do not accept NSFW work. 🚫 None of my voiceover work is permitted for AI usage. Additionally, my husband specializes in video editing and sound design. If you need those services, feel free to DM us for rates and details! The mother of Will Roberts, the Alabama boy fighting cancer, is asking everyone for prayers, says they are trying to keep Will comfortable. Please pray for this family. Read Brittney Battles Roberts' post from Facebook below: "The biggest thing Will needs right now is a more aggressive approach. He has so much fluid that has to come off, but at the same time they have to balance his blood counts and platelets so it can be done safely. Now pneumonia has also set up in his lungs, and that’s another battle we have to fight. We’re not giving up. Months ago, Will looked at us and said, “God is going to take me to the edge and make believers out of us.” Yesterday he looked at Jason and said, “Don’t give up on me, Dad.” Those words matter. Today Will became more agitated and wasn’t resting well. One option was to continue increasing his sedation. We understand why. Nobody wants him uncomfortable. But as his parents, we also know that when you’re sleeping more, not moving, and already dealing with fluid and weak lungs, pneumonia doesn’t just sit there. It gets worse. Tonight, after he developed severe wheezing, we asked for an ICU doctor to come assess him. He sat down with us, listened to everything, and explained that they could be more aggressive with removing fluid, treating the pneumonia, and still keep Will comfortable and safe. That’s what we needed to hear. People ask us all the time what we’re praying for. We’re not praying for more time at any cost. We’ve already told the doctors that if God says it’s time, then it’s time. We are at peace with that. But we are also not willing to sit back and let something treatable take over without asking if there is more that can be done. If fluid can come off, we want it off. If pneumonia can be treated, we want it treated. If there’s a chance to make him more comfortable while still fighting what can be fought, that’s what we want. We’re okay with death if it comes while we’re trying. Advocating at this level is new territory for us. We’ve never had to make decisions like this before. Every choice feels heavy, and we question ourselves constantly. But one thing we know is this… Will asked us not to give up on him so that’s exactly what we’re going to do. Please keep praying. Pray for wisdom. Pray for the ICU team. Pray they can safely remove this fluid, get this pneumonia under control, and keep Will comfortable through it all. And pray that Jason and I continue to have the strength to make the right decisions for our son."

🚨 Milk for Gaza’s Children Is Running Out 🚨 🍼 Look at the children’s smiles during the distribution… small smiles rising through hunger, fear, and exhaustion… as if receiving milk brought back a stolen piece of their childhood. 🍼 Watch the children inside the displacement camps… small bodies covered in dust and exhaustion… crying not because they want toys… not because they seek comfort… but because their stomachs have been empty for far too long. This is no longer ordinary hunger… this is babies crying until their voices disappear… and mothers holding empty bottles with nothing left to give. In Gaza today… milk is no longer something simple… it has become life itself. 💔 In Gaza today… a single bottle of milk may be the only reason a child who forgot the meaning of joy can smile again through war, displacement, and hunger. 💔 Watch mothers trying to calm their babies with water instead of milk 💔 Watch children falling asleep from weakness… not peace 💔 Watch how a bottle of milk has become more precious than anything around them Some mothers have stopped eating completely… hoping only that their children survive another day. Some children drink unsafe water because there is no milk left. Some cry for hours until their small bodies collapse from exhaustion. And some mothers sit in silence… with nothing left but prayers and empty arms holding their children. 🍼 Small hands hold empty bottles… waiting for milk that may never come. This is not just aid… this is a fight to keep children alive. ✨ Thank you to the voices trying to make this seen: 🤍 William Menaker (Will 🦥 Menaker) 🔥 Felix (GoliathFan1952) ✨ Eyup Lovely (Eyup Lovely) But thousands of children are still waiting tonight… still hungry… still crying inside tents and displacement camps… 🚨 Do not look away. Help us provide milk for displaced children before more children collapse from hunger and dehydration.

So yeah, after watching it yesterday for the 5th #ChristmasDay in a row, there is no denial: Patty Jenkins’s #WonderWoman1984 became my Post-Covid #Christmas movie staple. I think I’ll never forget the preview night when it came out, with the film in theatres during just a short evening, because of the announcement that, from that night or, depending on the city, on the following day which was supposed to be its opening day, all theatres would be closed for the following 6 months in the U.K. The rush to get to the nearest theatre still open that evening when the lockdown announcement came, we had to go all the way from London to Maidenhead to be able to watch it on that THU, as the preview screenings that evening in London were being canceled… I was so excited for that film for over 2 years, and somehow I knew that would be the one and only opportunity to see it in theatres. And I was so damn right! I think I never understood, till that point, how much movies, movie theatres and the moviegoing experience were important to me. They’ve always been there as part of my life, I’ve always taken them for granted. Until, all of sudden, they weren’t. And for a moment, #WW84 would be the last blockbuster we would see in a movie theatre, for a long while. That day for me was like our last, desperate way to hold on to the old normal pre-Covid. And in a way, in my mind, I was saying good bye to those Pre-Covid times without even knowing it. When theatres reopened again, 6 months later, things never got back to where they were. On top of a period already challenging as it as, my mother passed away within that bleak period, 2 weeks before theatres reopened. While some say ironically or mockingly that we went through a Great Reset, to me it was a literal reset. A forced one I was never consulted about nor agreed with. But life goes on, and we had to move on with it - but never losing that hope deep inside that, one day, we would have that life pre-Covid back. And that’s how #WonderWoman1984 deeply connected with me, I believe even more on the following Christmas in 2021, when things got scarily more relatable after that tough year. The film had all the messages I needed just on the right time. All the social unrest, forced division and global turmoil that followed from 2021 onwards, mixed with that longing desire to have back a life and the people that I would never have again, it felt like that film was predicting what we were about to go through in the following years, while offering its perspective on how to - and how not to - deal with most of these phantoms. And every time I rewatch it, I appreciate it a bit more. All those beautiful, powerful messages still stand and they feel even more meaningful now than they already were back in DEC 2020. They remind me of what we used to be as society, but also remind me of what we still can be, depending on the path we decide to take. And I know, I know - on this app, that movie means different things for different people, or even it might be the case it feels meaningless for some. I totally understand, respect and appreciate the diversity of opinions around it, and I see where they are coming from. I’ll never fight about your own views about the movie or your experience with it. That’s the magic of the movies after all, resonate differently with different people, as a collective but diverse experience. But to me it has a deeper meaning, and I love revisiting it time and time again. Until next Christmas!

Everyone is sleeping on Meta's SAM 3 release. But it's actually a big deal. Here's why: Companies spend millions paying humans to label images and videos frame by frame. A single autonomous driving dataset? Months of work, hundreds of annotators, millions in cost. Without labeled data, you can't train custom models. Without custom models, you're stuck with generic solutions. This is why most companies never move past pilots. SAM 3 breaks this cycle. First let's look at the evolution: SAM 1 segmented objects when you clicked on them. Revolutionary, but one object at a time. SAM 2 added video tracking with memory. Game-changing, but you still manually prompted every object. SAM 3 changes everything with text prompts. Type "yellow school bus" and it finds ALL of them in your image or video. Not just one. Every instance across thousands of frames. Now here's where people get confused: "Can't I just use GPT-5 or Gemini for this?" No, and here's why that's a terrible approach. Large multimodal LLMs are great for reasoning, but they're slow and expensive for production visual tasks. You're paying API costs per image, waiting seconds for responses, getting inconsistent results. SAM 3 runs in 30 milliseconds on a single GPU for 100+ objects. That's 100x faster, and you own the infrastructure. More importantly, SAM 3 gives you precise pixel-level masks, not descriptions. Try asking an LLM to segment every defective part on a manufacturing line in real-time. It won't work. SAM 3 does this effortlessly. The real breakthrough is their data engine. Meta built an AI-human hybrid system that's 5x faster for complex annotations. They trained SAM 3 on 4 million unique visual concepts - 50x more than existing benchmarks like LVIS. SAM 3 is trained on 4 million unique visual concepts, it handles everything: - Text-based concept search - Interactive refinement with clicks - Video tracking across frames - Zero-shot detection of new concepts The model is open source. Weights, code, and benchmarks are on GitHub. If you're building computer vision applications, this is the foundation model to evaluate. The annotation time savings alone will pay for integration costs within weeks. Find the relevant links in the next tweet!

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has kept us alive, sustained us, and brought us to this time. Good evening everyone. I am Rivka Bohbot, and my husband Elkana is home. I’ve been waiting for these words for two years, and I still find it hard to believe: this is it, he is here. My Elkana is well — but nothing has been simple, and nothing is as it looks from the outside. Over the past months, Elkana had no food, as shown in the videos that were released. He experienced abuse and great suffering, and before his release he was given a large amount of food so he would look a little better for the world’s sake — this was against the requests of Israel and the international organizations. Because of that, Elkana now suffers from stomach pain, he is swollen, but I am certain that my brave man will gradually return to good health thanks to medical treatment and his inner strength. Yesterday was the most emotional day of my life, more than Elkana’s and my wedding day, even more than the day our Ram was born. Yesterday I saw both my husband and Ram born anew. The embrace from both of them, the moment when, despite his weakness, Elkana couldn’t restrain himself and lifted and hugged him tightly. My child got his father back — and as a mother, I could not ask for more. Now it is our time also to heal as a family. Over the past two years, Ram has grown into a small man; he understands and knows only what it is to live without a father and wait for him. We need to rebuild our family unit and it moves me so much that finally, finally we are in the recovery stage. Many good people helped us reach this moment, the moment when Elkana begins to heal. I ask to thank everyone who supported and helped, everyone who encouraged and helped keep the subject of the hostages as the most important thing. Without the prayers and pleas, we would not have gotten Elkana back. Without the help of the people of Israel, the Hostages’ Families’ Desk, the security forces and the brave soldiers and women, this would not have happened. Of course, we wouldn’t have gotten Elkana back to life without President Trump, Ambassador [Witekoff?] and the U.S. administration, who did all they could to bring about the agreement. We ask to thank everyone — Elkana saw you from there, saw you in the streets, saw the signs, the vigils, the prayers, saw what those who were with him in captivity said; saw and was moved that for a moment we did not forget him. Thank you for saving him but also for saving me and Ram. On a personal note — I have won, and I have fulfilled my personal mission: my husband is here. Despite the difficulties with language, despite the fears and despair, the pain, the exhaustion, I fought and never gave up. Not for a moment did I agree to surrender life, to surrender love, I did not raise my hands, and this is a huge victory for me. None of us must give up hope for better days. I ask to remind that the mission is not over yet, and one must not think that one can stop the clock in Hostages Square or remove the yellow pin. There are still 21 hostages and one hostage (female) whose condition is unknown. They must return to eternal rest for their loved ones together with another hostage whose status is not yet known. We are here until the last hostage.

🚨BREAKING: CANDACE OWENS Just Went There: BRIGITTE MACRON May Have ORDERED Charlie Kirk's ASSASSINATION To Protect Herself And Her Ties To The Very Much Still Active MK ULTRA PROGRAM Candace dropped a nuke tonight that no one saw coming. On September 8th, her team was quietly reopening “Brigitte Season 2” — digging into whether Brigitte Macron was directly tied to the Stanford MK Ultra experiments, the protected “Prisoner 2093,” and a still-operational program that allegedly creates serial killers and gives them new identities to operate freely in Western countries. Emmanuel Macron’s own lawsuit against French journalists mentioned MK Ultra 18 times — which Candace found insanely suspicious. They were literally 50/50 on proving Brigitte herself was part of that Stanford program. Then suddenly — September 10th — Charlie Kirk is dead. The entire investigation gets derailed while everyone scrambles to cover Charlie’s assassination. But here’s where it gets demonic: investigating Charlie’s murder has now led Candace straight back to France through the Egyptian plane’s secret Delaware layover at a federally-controlled hangar used by Homeland Security and off-book contractors. On the exact day Charlie was killed, a “foreign dignitary” was escorted to 920 King Street in Wilmington. And this week — this actual week — the CIA quietly confirmed MK Ultra never ended. It is still running today. Candace’s gut instinct, verbatim: “I look at Brigitte Macron and I am telling you, you are looking at an utter psychopath… There is something dark. There is something deep there.” France is now actively debanking, harassing, and destroying the lives of anyone who touches the Brigitte story. People who got too close before? Wound up dead. Candace is now openly asking the question we’re all thinking: Did Brigitte Macron have Charlie Kirk murdered because he was about to expose her role in the still-active MK Ultra program? This isn’t conspiracy theory anymore. This is Candace Owens saying it on camera while the CIA admitted just this week the MK ULTRA program never stopped. The silence right now is deafening. Who’s going to say her name? Candace is onto the biggest story of the Century and we all along for the ride. RT and grab some popcorn🍿. Let's go MAXX and blow this thing open for Charlie. 💪

I never wanted to be a politician and I still don’t. I’ve had two successful careers and have started a few small businesses. I’ve also worked for some big corporations. I was ready to retire and spend more time with my family – which I’ve done for the past 3 years. I think they’re ready for me to find something else to do. I’m tired of seeing the leaders of our country being influenced by the toxic divisions that are tearing apart our families and society. It’s time for me to step up and do my civic duty. To give back and try and change things for the better. If not me, who? If not now, when? It’s easy to look at the economy and realize that something has gone horribly wrong. Working people, the middle class, and small businesses have been losing ground over the past 20 years. The goose that lays the golden eggs for our country has been kicked around and squeezed to the point where laying more golden eggs is almost impossible. Consider that since 2000 the cost of food has risen more than double the rise in average household income. The cost of a home has risen 6 times and the amount of government spending 5 and a half times. The S&P 500 has gone up 9 times more than the rise in average household income. To everyone who works and is trying to do the right thing for their family, to everyone who is young and wonders why their lives are worse than their parents: you are not wrong. And yet, who have we allowed to have the most influence over our government? Big corporate executives and big union bosses. Big tech, big pharma, big media, big whatever – all trying to control big government in Washington DC. This needs to stop. Our government spends money on the wrong things and spends way too much. One thing the federal government should certainly be responsible for is the security of our borders. Instead, we see millions of people coming in without any accounting for who they are, what they intend to do, or what they’re bringing with them. And they’re being given access to all sorts of handouts at our expense. At a minimum, the federal government and the state governments should be working together to enforce existing laws and secure the border. Seeing our government at war with itself is unacceptable. For my whole life, in every place I’ve ever lived, I’ve seen people working to provide for their family. Values like self-sacrifice, faith, integrity, fidelity, and valor are simply part of who these people are. They do these things not because the government tells them to, but because they know the right things to do - moral obligations that are freely chosen, not mandated by a government. It doesn’t take a village to raise a child, it takes a family, and it takes families to make a village. The sad reality is that many children in our country are suffering. Years of ridiculing and demeaning old fashioned “family values” have taken a toll. Our society’s strength, fundamentally linked to the vitality of the family structure, has been eroded. I want to champion the traditional family as critical for a child’s development and success. The data proves this. However, my approach will be inclusive, recognizing all who step up to provide for their children. I’m not worried about the government being a safety net. I want the government to stop being an impediment. I’m ready to go to DC and see if I can help bring back sanity and civility to the public discourse on these issues and all the other issues that face our great nation. We need bold leaders for such a time as this.

Matthew Gallagher Built a $401M Company in Year One with 2 People. And the tool behind it? Claude Code. This year he's on track for $1.8B. Sam Altman predicted this. It's happening now. The problem? It costs money. API credits stack up. Monthly bills keep growing. Every prompt eats your budget. Every project drains your wallet faster. Until now. Two methods. 99% cheaper. One is completely free. Forever. $0. Not a trial. This video breaks down both step by step. ↓ Let me put this in perspective. $100-$500. That's monthly. That's what you spend. That's $6,000/year on API credits. Just to use a tool you haven't shipped anything with. The $401M guy? Spending $0. Same capability. Shipping weekly. Different cost structure. Different results. Different life. I'm about to hand you his cost structure for free. ↓ Open source vs closed source. Pay attention. Closed source: Claude. GPT-4. Pay per token. Meter always running. Open source: Qwen. Llama. Mistral. Free to download. Free to run. Free forever. No meter. No tokens. No bill. Here's what nobody tells you: 80% of coding tasks? Open source handles them. More than handles them. Writes clean code. Debugs errors. Generates boilerplate. Handles routine work perfectly. You're paying premium prices for tasks that don't need premium intelligence. That's hiring a brain surgeon to put on a bandaid. Smart play: Free models for the 80%. Paid credits for the 20%. That's what the $401M guy does. That's what this video teaches you. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more breakdowns that turn free tools into real businesses. ↓ Method 1: Ollama. Local. Free. Forever. Download it. Pull a model. Point Claude Code at it. Done. No internet needed. No API keys required. No monthly subscription. No token counting ever. No bill. Today. Tomorrow. Ever. Your data never leaves your computer. Complete privacy. Complete freedom. Claude Code thinks it's talking to the cloud. It's talking to your laptop. For $0. The video walks through every step: Every config file. Every variable. Every command. Every click. If you can follow a recipe, you can do this. People who set this up 3 months ago? Saved $300-$1,500 since then. Workflow didn't change one bit. ↓ Hardware you need: 16GB RAM: 7B models run smooth. 32GB RAM: 32B models run comfortable. 64GB + GPU: biggest models available. No GPU? Still works. Just slower. Few extra seconds. That's it. Your $1,500 laptop is sitting there running Chrome and Spotify. Put it to work saving you $200/month instead. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more breakdowns that turn free tools into real businesses. ↓ Method 2: Open Router. Free Cloud. No Hardware. Weak machine? Don't want local setup? This method is for you. Free AI models in the cloud. No download. No hardware. Configure Claude Code to route through Open Router. The config: Base URL: Open Router API. API key: free Open Router key. Default Sonnet: free. Default Opus: free. Default Haiku: free. Small fast model: free. Subagent model: free. Free. Free. Free. Free. Free across the board. Same interface. Same commands. Same workflow. Zero cost. Copy the config from the video. Paste it. Save $200/month. Starting today. Right now. ↓ When to use which: Ollama (local): Best for privacy. Best for offline work. Best for unlimited usage. Best if you have decent hardware. Open Router (cloud): Best for weak machines. Best for instant setup. Best for trying different models. Best if you don't want to manage anything. Both methods: Best for 80% of your daily work. Still use paid Claude for: Complex architecture. Multi-file refactoring. Deep reasoning tasks. The 20% that actually needs it. $20/month instead of $200/month. Same output. 90% less cost. ↓ The math that should make you angry. You (current): $200-$500/month. $2,400-$6,000/year. $7,200-$18,000 over 3 years. You (after this video): $20-$50/month. $240-$600/year. $720-$1,800 over 3 years. Savings over 3 years: $6,480-$16,200. That's a used car. That's seed money. That's 6 months of rent. All from one 25-minute video. All from 15 minutes of configuration. Highest ROI 25 minutes you'll spend this year. ↓ The limitations. I won't lie to you. Open source is not Opus. Not as smart on complex reasoning. Not as good at long-context tasks. Makes more mistakes on nuanced problems. But they are: Free. Capable. Getting better monthly. Good enough for 80% of daily work. Smart cost management isn't being cheap. It's being strategic. Expensive tool when it matters. Free tool when it doesn't. ↓ The one-person billion-dollar company is coming. $401M in year one proved it's possible. The building blocks: AI that codes: Claude Code. Way to run it free: this video. Distribution: the internet. Customers: everyone. Only missing ingredient? Someone who builds. Not reads about building. Not saves posts about building. Not bookmarks videos about building. Builds. Tools are free. Knowledge is free. Opportunity is screaming. You're still "thinking about it." ↓ Your action plan: Tonight: Watch the video. Tomorrow morning: Set up Ollama or Open Router. Tomorrow afternoon: Build something. Anything. This week: Build a second thing. Faster. This month: Charge someone for it. One video. One setup. One weekend. $0 cost. Unlimited potential. Or keep paying $200/month for something you could get free. Keep consuming instead of building. Keep planning instead of shipping. Matthew Gallagher didn't plan a $401M company. He built it. Full video attached. Every method. Every config. Every tradeoff. 25 minutes. Your move. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more breakdowns that turn free tools into real businesses.

Ok so treatment has begun here at Auragens. First day I’m getting stem cells via IV, these cells are from an umbilical chord, so basically Day One cells that haven’t been programmed yet, is how it was explained to me and the wild thing is the cells know where to go in your body to attack inflammation and injuries. Wifey getting stem cell facials and IVs for anti-aging. I am also having exosomes in a nebulizer for brain health. GOD knows I need all the help I can get with that. During this trip I will have a tuneup in my left shoulder, which needs a MAJOR surgery and I treated with stem cells right before season for pain management to get me through season until i have time for surgery this offseason Also I’m doing a veryyy cutting edge procedure this time where i will go under anesthesia and they will inject stem cells directly into my discs. I’ve have multiple, multiple, multiple ruptures and herniations over the years from training NFL players and fighters in MMA. Couple years ago was supposed to get either a three-level fusion or a rod inserted into my back. That would have changed my life forever and something I’m not prepared for. But right before my scheduled fusion, I threw up a Hail Mary, came down here for stem cell treatment, got the cells and i couldn’t believe it but shortly after treatment I was actually pain-free! I couldn’t believe it. I went to NFL training camp shortly after and people around the league actually noticed a difference in how i was standing and moving and not constantly trying to stretch and do things I used to do for pain relief. Shortly after I actually CANCELLED my surgery!!! My MRI is still completely disgusting so may need a surgery in future but I’ve bought 2 years without a surgery as a result of these stem cells and hoping this procedure I’m doing down here this time gives me many many more years. I’m hopeful. Hope is a great thing to have. Will keep ya updated how it’s going. If you want info on this DM Percy Knox Jr not me! lol. He knows more about it than I do! Btw going from here and beauty of Panama right to #nflcombine where it starts up allll over again. NFL never ends #stemcell #therapy #backpain #stemcelltreatment #panama #panamacity

zico talking about bonekdo on HPRADIO personal thoughts as bonekdo's [main] producer? zico: our bonekdo boys are working extremely hard and doing so well. they are really giving their all as they prepare for the upcoming full-length album. hwimin: and an amazing producer has also joined for that full-length album! (his expression kinda sus..) kim minsu: don't say anything! let's just move on [to the next topic] zico: ah, yes, that one. that's really a lowkey. right now still a lowkey info. the full-length album is being made to be duper cool, and the potential of these boys is truly enormous. i have already watched them grow over the course of four years. even four years ago, when we founded koz and these boys were trainees, going through everything together day and night, i never once doubted their potential. and now, they are continuously proving that my belief back then was correct. what zico most wants to show as a hyung, producer, and senior in the industry? zico: the thing i try to teach them the most is more about attitude. it's less about politeness or manners and more about persistence. i mean, once you take this on as a profession, it's about having a mental core ‘a mindset’ where you don't get carried away emotionally, but at the same time, you don't lose your sense of self. that is what i try to teach them a lot. the moments zico felt most proud as their producer? zico: the proudest moments are when they are at award shows, receiving energy from thousands of people, and i see those same boys from the practice room now in the spotlight. watching them interact with the audience, showing their energy, and shining so brightly. i used to only imagine it vaguely. seeing it in person with my own eyes is something else.. last year, they won multiple awards, and i was fortunate to receive the producer award as well. those moments reignite a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. they remind me why we do what we do.

Has been a while since I've given an update so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.
