This is that video of the Military parachute illumination flare? Dropped from aircraft or launched, it deploys a small parachute and burns intensely (often magnesium-based) while drifting down slowly. In infrared footage, the hot flare creates a blooming, star-shaped glow with “arms” due to sensor overload, plus a visible heat/smoke trail - *exactly* matching the DOW-UAP-PR38 video’s appearance and motion. This is a common, mundane explanation for many similar UAP reports, including this one

Every UFO/UAP, extraterrestrial technology, crafts, orbs and the “mysterious drones”often reported are Galactic Federation. They want to be seen without causing fear and want us to ask questions. They are the “angels” in the Bible. Seek for better sources and connect the dots!

Where are the Epstein files? These distractions may work on MAGA, but no one else is buying it.

It looks like a falling flare with lens diffraction. You can see what appears to be a parachute above it at the 1:00 mark. Come on guys. 🙄

DOW-UAP-PR26, Unresolved UAP Report, United Arab Emirates, October 2023 The United States Central Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP) to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) consisting of a still image derived from a U.S. military system in 2022. The original reporter digitally altered the imagery by adding a red line encircling an area of interest before submitting it to AARO. An accompanying mission report, DoW-UAP-D12, described the UAP as moving from north to northeast. The operator reported that they were unable to positively identify the UAP. Image Description: The image contains an encircled, elongated area of contrast in the top left quarter. The area of contrast increases in intensity along its length from top left to bottom right.

From the 4th release of UAP files on under PURSUE: "DOW-UAP-PR116, Unresolved UAP Report, Atlantic Ocean, 2020" U.S. Northern Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) consisting of 32 seconds of video footage from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2020. An accompanying Range Fouler Debrief, DOW-UAP-D091, describes the phenomenon as “darker, maroonish color, approximately 12-15 feet in height.” The report describes the phenomenon “travel[ing] with the wind” and noted that it did not “maneuver or change direction.” It also describes the phenomenon as appearing similar to a “large, somewhat deformed balloon.”

🚨 The latest UFO files just dropped, featuring astonishing infrared footage of a mysterious black sphere UAP slowly drifting through the sky. Captured from a military platform in 2023. The sensor locks on, zooms in, and this thing just floats there like it owns the place. Either it's a UFO doing the world's laziest flyby... or someone lost a very large, very confident balloon. 🚨🇺🇸 THE WEIRDEST UAP YET: Multiple bright points moving together like a giant flying bar or… possibly edge-on disk?? Indo-Pacific Command just dropped 1:46 of infrared footage showing an elongated “line” of glowing contrast. Sensor zooms in, tracks it hard as it cuts diagonally across the frame then fades into the distance. The shape is bizarre. Not a normal aircraft. Not a balloon. This one’s next-level UNSETTLING! UFO Files: DOW-UAP-PR101, Unresolved UAP Report, South China Sea, 2024 / Writer: Claudio

🚨🇺🇸🛸 WILD NEW UAP DROP! Military IR video shows a massive, deformed maroon "balloon" floating over the Atlantic in 2020. Estimated to be 12–15 feet tall, it drifted with the wind, and its shape is so weird it's hard to even make sense of on camera. Not maneuvering. Just... there. IDK, guys, it looks like a Transformer with one hell of a jetpack if you ask me. UFO Files: DOW-UAP-PR116, Unresolved UAP Report, Atlantic Ocean, 2020 / Writer: Claudio

Pentagon's latest UAP release (DOW-UAP-PR116, Atlantic 2020): PAY ATTENTION TO THE ARROWS It's a large (~12-15 ft), maroonish, deformed balloon drifting with the wind. No maneuvers, just passive float. IR footage made it look weird, but the report literally calls it "a large, somewhat deformed balloon." Enhanced visible reconstruction: Mundane balloon, not exotic tech. Transparency win for AARO. #UAP #UFO
