The only time AI has been useful and not just a gimmick.

I feel as though the gap from Ai gimmicks like this to Skynet has just become wider. Probably, the technology is not going to replace humans very soon.

Funniest thing about this that, for me, DPD have always been the best delivery firm compared to others I’ve had deliveries from.

Surprised to see an AI chatbot's poetry lead to censorship! Shouldn't AI freedom of expression be encouraged for creative evolution? Where do we draw the line?

Real “What are you doing, Dave” vibes when they shut him down.

At least AI brings out the inner human in us. 😂

"DPD told Sky News that the customer service chatbot had suffered from an "error" after a system update and it has now been disabled." What a complete and utter lie. It was either a disgruntled DPD employee/outsourced company messing with the A.I's variables for malice or a joke or the Chatbot had bad or intentional programming to spit out these responses. Another option; it was a live person impersonating the Chatbot. This was not an error and DPD shouldn't comment untill the truth is known.
