DPS arrested a 17-year-old smuggling guide, an illegal immigrant from Mexico identified as Gaiell Ramirez, who was charged with smuggling of persons and evading arrest. All five illegal immigrants were wearing colored wristbands used by cartels to indicate payment for smuggling.
