After transferring patients at Andrews for movement to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the aircraft continued to Kelly Field, Texas, for transport to Brooke Army Medical Center, indicating that at least one patient required specialized care beyond Walter Reed's capabilities. Brooke is the Department of Defense's only Level I Trauma Center and verified Burn Center. The aircraft's arrival at Joint Base Andrews was met by one patient evacuation vehicle and one medical ambulance bus, both of which departed for Walter Reed with emergency lights activated. 1/

Meaning they report what they want to find in their research projects. For example, COVID-19 vaccinated authors commonly report that the "benefits outweigh the risks" or "vaccines have saved millions of lives" even though a risk-benefit analysis was not done in their manuscript. Anytime you spot this--it's investigator bias. McCullough Foundation
