Dr. Mills' "garlic intensive" protocol: → 8 raw cloves over 4 hours (do this alone on a Friday) Chop each clove, swallow with water without chewing. Wait 30 minutes between doses. By morning, you're oozing garlic oil. It kills bad bacteria while feeding good gut bacteria.

🔥CRISPY SMASHED POTATO BOWLS WITH MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN I’ve lost over 150lbs eating meals like this. High in protein, packed with flavor, and satisfying enough that I actually look forward to my healthy meals. Here is how I made it: a large bowl, add 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Drizzle with 1tbsp olive oil, then squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1.5 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp paprika, 2 tsp dried parsley, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, and a couple generous pinches of salat and pepper. Toss well, spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 30-35 mins. You can also airfry this if you want easy airfryer recipes! 2.For the potatoes, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook 1.5lb baby Yukon Gold or fingerling potatoes until fork tender. I used the Anyday containers and just did this part in the microwave to make it much faster. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and gently smash each potato. Drizzle with a generous portion of olive oil, season with 1.5 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp dried oregano, salt, and pepper, then roast at 425F for 30-40 mins until deeply golden and crispy. You may need to flip these. As soon as they come out of the oven, top with freshly grated Parmesan. 3.Make the sauce by combining 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1 grated Persian cucumber, 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, 1 grated garlic clove, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 4.For the onion salad, thinly slice 1 large red onion and add it to a bowl. Add 4-5 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat parsley, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp sumac, and a generous pinch of salt. Mix well, then let it sit for about 5 mins , tossing it a couple of times. 5.Plate it up to your preferred serving size, top with a little sumac, and enjoy! If you make it, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS! . . . . . #highprotein #healthyrecipes #healthyfoodshare #goodmoodfood #whatsonmyplate

Dr. Abhishek Shukla (Geriatrician) explained an important fact about sweat and body odor. Many people think sweat itself smells bad, but this is not true. Sweat, in its pure form, is actually odorless. It has no foul smell at all. This is the first thing everyone should understand clearly. Then why does sweat sometimes cause such a strong smell from the body, socks, or shoes? The answer lies in the bacteria living on our skin. Our skin naturally has millions of bacteria. When sweat comes out, it contains water along with some proteins and fats. These bacteria use those proteins and fats as food. During digestion, they produce certain by-products, and these by-products are what create the bad smell. The strength of body odor depends on three major things — the type of sweat gland, the kind of bacteria on the skin, and external factors like food, lifestyle, and environment. There are two main sweat glands in our body: 1. Eccrine glands These are present on exposed parts of the body like the face, hands, and forehead. They mainly produce water and salt. Their main job is to cool the body. In hot weather, sweat evaporates from the skin, taking heat away and reducing body temperature. This sweat usually causes very little odor. 2. Apocrine glands These are found mainly in the armpits and groin area. They become active after puberty and during stress or anxiety. The sweat from these glands is thicker and richer in proteins and fats. Because of this, bacteria get more food and produce stronger-smelling compounds. The common bacteria involved are Staphylococcus and Corynebacterium. They break down sweat and produce chemicals like propionic acid, which creates a sour or pungent smell. Food also affects body odor. Onion, garlic, and spicy foods can change the smell of sweat. Stress can also increase odor because it activates apocrine glands. So remember: Heat → Eccrine glands → Water + Salt → Less odor Stress → Apocrine glands → Protein + Fat → More odor These are the basic facts behind sweat smell. In the next part, we will discuss how to prevent it.#bodyodour #hyperhidrosis #excesssweat #miradry #odour #underarmsweat #antisweating #nosweat #feelconfident #permanent #spiderveins #isclerotherapyinjections

Dr. Pierre Kory, MD: "Chlorine Dioxide is safe... we drink it everyday. It's already in a THOUSAND municipal water systems." This suppressed substance wipes out viruses, bacteria & kills COVID – and NASA calls it the Universal Antidote? Here's the real story of the most suppressed medicine of modern times... - History: Discovered in 1811 by Sir Humphry Davy, ClO2 has been a powerhouse disinfectant for over 200 years. EPA registered it in 1967 for sanitizing water & surfaces – killing pathogens without harsh residues. - NASA's Take: In 1988, NASA dubbed ClO2 a "Universal Antidote" for its ability to destroy mold, fungi, bacteria & viruses. They've used it for sterilizing equipment, deodorizing air systems & even food preservation – safe enough for space! - Bolivia's Bold Move: During the 2020 COVID crisis, Bolivia legalized ClO2 production & distribution amid political chaos. Doctors pushed it, the military & universities produced it & citizens queued up. Result? Bolivia ended with one of South America's lowest mortality rates at ~183 deaths per 100,000 – while ICUs reportedly emptied. But global media slammed it as "poison." - What It Treats: Promoters say ClO2 tackles everything from COVID & flu to cancer, autism, HIV, hepatitis, MS, fibromyalgia & wounds by oxidizing pathogens & boosting oxygen. It's used in dentistry for bad breath & as a water purifier in thousands of systems. Studies show antiviral effects and healing benefits for chronic sinus/allergy issues.

Jews don't cook on Shabbat, so before sunset on Friday, we prepare a special dish that slowly cooks overnight. By lunchtime on Shabbat, it's ready to be served. The delicious aroma fills homes and synagogues all night long. I even know people who wake up in the middle of the night just to sneak a taste LOL! This Ashkenazi version is called Cholent. Sephardi Jews have their own version, and honestly, both are delicious. 😋 SAME DAY CHOLENT > OVERNIGHT CHOLENT SAME DAY CHOLENT RECIPE 1.2 kg beef short ribs or shin (bone-in) 150g dried pearl barley 200g dried cholent beans or butter beans (soaked overnight) 2 large onions, roughly chopped 6 garlic cloves, smashed 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered 750 ml beef stock 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 3 tbsp schmaltz or neutral oil 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp honey 250 ml water, to top up 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220°C). Pat beef short ribs completely dry with kitchen paper, season aggressively with salt and pepper 2. Heat schmaltz or neutral oil in a large heavy dutch oven over the highest heat and sear all beef short ribs in batches, don't overcrowd the pan and brown deeply on all sides. In the same pot, add large onions and cook until deeply golden and caramelised, around 10 mins Add garlic and cook for another 2 mins. Add tomato paste, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and stir into the onions and garlic. Cook for 2 mins until the paste darkens slightly Add in drained cholent beans, dried barley, beef short ribs, potatoes, chicken stock and water. Add honey and add bone marrow with bones Bring pot to boiling; once boiling, put lid on tightly and transfer to preheated oven. Cook at heat for 45 mins Without opening the lid, reduce oven temperature to 320 degrees Fahrenheit (160°C) and cook for further 3.5 hours. DON'T OPEN THE LID! Once finished, remove lid and let rest for 10 mins. Serve immediately

If I had a favorite tea for when I’m sick, this one is it. Every single time I make this it helps immediately. Some of the many benefits of this Apple Ginger Tea: 🍎 Organic Apple: Simmered apples in tea offer health benefits by releasing pectin, a type of soluble fiber, which supports gut health and acts as a prebiotic, encouraging the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. Additionally, apples contain quercetin, an antioxidant known for its anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties, which may help reduce the severity of cold symptoms. 🫚Ginger:Ginger contains gingerol, a bioactive compound with strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Studies suggest it can reduce respiratory inflammation, ease sore throats, and relieve nausea by calming the stomach and aiding digestion. 🌿Mint: Fresh mint leaves contain menthol, which can act as a natural decongestant, easing breathing and soothing sore throats. Mint’s antibacterial properties also support respiratory health, while its soothing effect on the digestive system can relieve stomach discomfort often accompanying colds. 🧄Cloves: High in eugenol, cloves possess antibacterial and antiviral properties that help combat respiratory infections and support immune function. Eugenol is also an effective antioxidant, helping reduce oxidative stress during illness. 🌱Cinnamon Stick: Cinnamon is packed with cinnamaldehyde, an anti-inflammatory compound that has been shown to fight off bacteria and fungi. Its antioxidant content helps protect cells from damage, while its warming effect can promote circulation, which may help the body recover faster. Each of these ingredients contributes to a powerful, health-supporting tea that’s both soothing and effective during cold season! Here’s what you’ll need: ✨2 inches of Fresh Ginger ✨3-4 Cloves ✨1-2 Organic Apple, core removed and cut into large pieces (about 1.5 cups cut apples) ✨1 Cinnamon Stick ✨4 cups Water ✨2-3 Fresh Mint Sprigs Optional Add-ins ✨1 tablespoon Fresh Mint Tea ✨2-3 tablespoon Sea Moss Gel ✨1-2 teaspoon Manuka Honey Bring the ingredients to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

Stop making boring salads, and instead make them like this Mediterranean Steak & Crispy Chickpea Salad instead. If you love mediterranean recipes and mediterranean flavors, and want an incredible summer salad, this is such a good option. It’s one of the best flavor combinations and its SO good. The crispy chickpeas add such a nice crunch and a little more protein. You can always swap those out for crispy rice or quinoa, or if you’re lowcarb, my high protein lowcarb Kaizen rice. Here is how I made it: 1.Roast the chickpeas in the oven while you work the rest. Grab a can of chickpeas. Rinse with water well, then strain and pat try with a kitchen towel. Add it to an oven safe dish. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and season with 1 tbsp thyme, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, and 1 tbsp garlic powder. Mix well then pop in the oven at 425F for 27-30 mins. Then let cool slightly. 2.Prep your salad base. I finely chopped 5oz arugula, thinly diced 4-5 Persian cucumbers, finely diced 1 large red onion, and thinly sliced half a pint of cherry tomato. You can add as many fresh herbs you want here. At a minimum I recommend finely chopping a large handful of fresh parsley (yielding about 3/4 cup), but feel free to add fresh mint and cilantro on top of it, too. 3.Cube up 1lb steak, drizzle with 1/2 tsp olive oil then season it with 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chili flakes, & generous salt+pepper. Cook on medium-high heat for 8 mins, or until cooked to your liking. 4.For the dressing, in a jar add 1/4 cup olive oil, the juice and zest of a large lemon, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, salt, pepper, 1 tsp sumac, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Shake really well. 5.Grab a salad bowl, add your veggies at the base, add the cooked steak, top with the fresh herbs, toss in the roasted chickpeas, then add the sauce, toss it really well and ENJOY! If you make this, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS! ENJOY! . . . . #salads #healthyrecipes #mediterraneanfood #healthyfoodshare #lowcarbrecipes

Are you poisoning your pet? You may be if you’re giving your pets flea, tick, or heartworm medications. Have you ever read the inserts? You're literally giving your dog pesticides either around their neck or in their food….month after month. No thanks. On my homestead, I skip the toxic sludge and stick to what actually works: real food and natural remedies. If you’re feeding kibble full of dyes, corn, and by-products, you’re creating the perfect environment for pests, and the system will gladly sell you the “solution” in the form of poison. Here’s what I use to keep my dogs pest-free year-round: Coconut oil kills fleas on contact and soothes the skin. I feed 1/4 tsp per 10–15 lbs a few times a week and rub it into their coat when needed. Pumpkin seeds (raw, ground) help paralyze and expel worms 1/4 tsp per 10 lbs in meals during pest season. Brewer’s yeast repels bugs by changing your dog’s scent. I use 1/2 tsp for small dogs up to 1 tbsp for large dogs, a few times weekly. Garlic, used safely, is a natural flea, tick, and mosquito repellent. I give 1/4 to 1 clove (size depending), 2–3x a week, but always watch for sensitivities. Diatomaceous earth can be dusted on the coat (avoid eyes and nose!) to dry out fleas and ticks. Apple cider vinegar is used by 1 tsp per 50 lbs in their water a few times a week. This helps repel pests internally. Always offer plain water too. The truth? Nourished animals don’t attract pests the way sick, inflamed ones do. I’ll choose nature over poison every single time. What about you?
