🚨 I support the recalling of parliament for the Bondi Condolence Motion ... but I do not support rushing in new laws in the aftermath of a tragedy. The further erosion of free speech and the rights of law-abiding firearm owners is chilling. Seems likely there will be Royal Commission ... so surely the proposed news laws should be drafted and then debated when the findings of that inquiry are published. Rushed laws in the aftermath of 9/11, the sub-prime crisis and COVID proved to be counter-productive. The problem with rushed laws is that we do not leave ourselves time to think through the long term consequences.

Sadly stupidity has become a prerequisite for having an opinion because those 13 million illegals are also not racking up hospital bills crowding schools and taking resources from American citizens such as jobs. Not to mention the fact that we are a nation of laws and that chaos is the work of the devil because God loves order. The entire concept of a nation is a biblical concept. There is nothing wrong with actually having laws and secure borders. If we are going to just say that we are a free-for-all, then we are going to crumble under the weight of supporting every single person who comes in here however they want to. These are just ridiculous arguments that make no sense to me whatsoever and what are you doing to? The people who came here legally who had to wait for years and pay thousands of dollars how come they got screwed in the process? What are these people thinking?

Every now and then, a PIL gets filed, along with talks of discrimination, minority rights, and demands for the suspension of such laws. Yet, 12 states in the country have these laws, with the ones in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand being the strongest of all. The punishment under these laws ranges from three to ten years, along with a fine between 10,000 and 3 lakh. But is it sufficient? Why don’t we have a nationwide law in force, a fast-track court system for trials, and legal aid for the victims? Are we waiting for the time when Hindu girls will be dragged out of their houses, taken to courts, and converted for nikah in front of their parents, as has happened in Pakistan? Here's what I think. As Marshall alludes to (though he does not fully appreciate), in the practical order, adhering to the principles of ‘Recognize and Resist’ is nearly identical to admitting a vacancy in the Apostolic See. For example, the canonizations of Francis are treated as worthless, John Paul II’s universal disciplinary laws are rejected, the Novus Ordo Missae is seen as an incentive to impiety, the conciliar errors are denounced, etc. Once acquainted with Catholic principles of ecclesiology (and ignoring the evident facts of the Crisis), Novus Ordo conservatism is the only viable option. A very interesting development.

The safety of our citizens is not optional. Last night Senate Republicans moved to fund ICE, CPB, & enforce our laws. Senate Democrats are trying to block us every step of the way. They will fail. We are going to supercharge ICE to carry out mass deportations.
