This judge should’ve done the same.⭐️ Until recently, ACIP mtg went as follows: pharma makes product recommendation, @CDCgov echoes product recommendation, ACIP panel (many w/ pharma COIs) unanimously approves new vaccine. ⭐️⭐️ I don’t believe that fmr ACIP members ever rejected a pharma /@CDCgov vax recommendation. New ACIP panel composed of experts in toxicology, epidemiology, pediatrics, infectious disease & a few stakeholders. I thought that the Supreme Court ruled that a district judge cannot order a nation-wide injunction?

If the judge forces my child to get a vaccine that ACIP tried to take off the vaccine schedule, then I can’t sue the vaccine manufacturer. Can I sue the judge?
