When researchers want to study fatty liver disease in mice they deprive them of choline until the mice develop fatty liver. Over 90% of Americans are deficient in choline, yet no one ever thinks to look at that as the cause of all of these issues? Mind blowing @SabinehazanMD

I love the work of Dr. Hazan @SabinehazanMD! I'd like to add to the conversation the research I did into autism / neurological issues and their link to infections of brain and the CNS. Dr. Hazan's take and my take complement each other splendidly well!

I haven’t listened to this one, but I wish she would directly promote one or two or five brands of yogurt or kefir that DO actually have the real and useful microbes. She tells us that most that claim to have them do not, but won’t name the names. I understand that, but that’s not a great reason to NOT name at least one or two that DO have the microbes, for the sake of the public to improve their health.
