Just to remind you guys, when Cell's evolution was complete, his tail shrunk because he no longer needed to absorb anyone. GT Cell was that weak that he regressed. Forced to absorb a nerfed kid Goku in base. And how the heck did Goku get out of that? 😆

The funny thing is Cell could of easily gotten away with absorbing Goku if he had simply spent less time trying to power up and gloat and instead IMMEDIATELY reel in his tail back to normal so that Goku wouldn't had been able to crawl out and escape
