THE REALITY ⚠️💔 Flash flood from Hurricane Helene leaves animals stranded... The owner couldn’t get to the horse in time, and the trailer was washed away. Updates are being posted on our Facebook page, and the horse has not yet been found. It’s an ongoing situation, and we will update as soon as we know more, though it’s possible the horse may never be found. Leaving the horse behind was not intentional—the water rose incredibly fast, and the owner is devastated. Please be respectful, as many other horse owners in the southeastern US are facing similar tragedies right now. Instead of judging, think about ways to help or prepare for disasters in your own community. Hurricane Helene’s devastation is a stark reminder of how quickly nature can change lives, especially for those with large animals. #HurricaneHelene #FlashFlood #HorseRescue #SoutheasternUS #FloodingTragedy #AnimalRescue #DisasterPreparedness #KristyTallman
