the cap doesn't decide how much players make. the cba already hands them about half of all basketball revenue whether a cap exists or not. what the cap decides is which players get it. take it away and that half concentrates at the top ten. draymond has earned 178 million averaging under 10 a game. he's asking to abolish the exact thing that paid him
