Tried to figure out why Rico wanted the screen so bad. Falcons were giving him a lot of space to the weakside -- and the Panthers caught the Falcons in a blitz. Great playcall from Rico.

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump announces he is invoking the DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACT to release $150 million to INCREASE American refining capacity, to produce more diesel and gasoline This will provide MUCH needed relief for farmers and everyday Americans who are facing financial pressure from Zelensky continuing to bomb diesel refineries in Russia. ANYTHING we can do for our farmers is necessary right now.

Always a pleasure to debate my old friend Jonathan Gullis, today on BBC Radio 5 Live about high net immigration. I am sick of politicians coming up with new ways to punish migrants who work in essential jobs all because of their own failure to invest in the services we need.

🚨Egyptian plane SU-BTT was in Provo the morning Charlie Kirk was killed. SU-BTT belongs to Hassan Rashad—the head of Egyptian intelligence, on the Board of Peace with Jared Kushner. 🤣🤣 That’s not a conspiracy theory anymore. That’s a story the people in charge really don’t want told.

🚨 THE STOCK MARKET IS ABOUT TO LOSE THE ONLY THING KEEPING IT FROM COLLAPSING The Fed is about to hike again. Oil is above $100. The S&P has stopped growing. And the next wave of mega AI listings is lining up to raise enormous amounts of capital. Now ask yourself one question: WHERE DOES THAT MONEY COME FROM? Funds need cash. Institutions need allocation. And the easiest place to get it is the exact positions they're already massively overweight: Nvidia. Microsoft. Google. Amazon. Meta. The same companies holding the S&P near all-time highs. The Mag 7 already controls more than 34% of the entire index. Strip out AI and this market looks completely different. Now Wall Street is preparing to pull liquidity OUT of the very companies keeping the market alive. And here's the part almost nobody understands. A newly listed company doesn't immediately enter the S&P 500. So institutions can sell index holdings to fund those new allocations — while passive S&P money does NOT automatically flow back in. That creates a liquidity vacuum: MAG 7 → SELLING NEW LISTINGS → BUYING S&P 500 → LOSING ITS SUPPORT Public market liquidity becomes exit liquidity for private insiders. We've seen this movie before: → 1972: Nifty Fifty → 2000: Dot-com IPO mania → 2021: SPACs, Coinbase, Robinhood, Rivian Retail thought they were buying the future. They were buying the end of the liquidity cycle. And that's exactly where the next real opportunity appears. I'm not afraid of the dump. I'M WAITING FOR IT. 15+ years trading and the pattern never changes. When the liquidation hits and I see a level actually worth buying, I'll post it here publicly like always. Turn notifications on. If you're not following yet, you'll understand why that was a mistake later.

The costs of standing up to tyranny are huge for many. Being an NHS Doctor and saying "no" to blatantly wrong policies which have actually killed people has cost Dr David Cartland DrDavidCartland.com more than most. Taken to the edge of his own destruction, he is still weathering constant stalking, daily attacks, a complete lack of support from his own profession, court cases and being "struck off". He still stands, however, and this is his story. He is on the right side of history and he will be vindicated.

In my speech in Parliament this afternoon, I argue that those who forced the COVID vaccine on our healthy population must finally be held accountable.
