1. Caleb Williams has completed 66.67% of his passes with 3 TDs and 1 INT in the 4th quarter. His 89.9 passer rating is the highest of any other quarter this season. He’s also 15-of-18 for 158 yards and a TD on 4th down. Absolute nails when it matters most. #Bears

Tough play to revisit but one helluva throw from Jaxson Dart on third 3rd and 8. Leads his TE. Puts it in a catchable spot. Poise in the pocket has never been an issue for Dart & he keeps his eyes downfield rather than down at the pass rush. You need that to succeed in the NFL.

The story of Tyquan Thornton is a testament to perseverance. From a second-round pick with so much promise, to a Patriots castoff, his journey has now culminated in a breakout performance for the Chiefs. After a quiet start (41 yards in Week 1, 59 yards and a touchdown in Week 2), he delivered a spark in Week 3 with a 5-yard touchdown and 71 total yards. He proved that opportunity is everything. #Chiefs #TyquanThornton #NFL #Redemption

Some of my favorite moments running through my head this morning as I try to wrap my head around the fact it’s been 6 months without my friend Charlie. We never know how long we have in this life—thank you for inspiring me to use the time I do have to fight with everything I have for what is good & true & beautiful. Pray for us while we keep working down here & until we join you in eternal life, CK. & if you’re reading this, please say a prayer for Charlie’s beautiful family today as they navigate this next chapter of their lives. We love you and your beautiful babies, Erika Kirk 🫶

Shedeur Sanders isn’t running a 40 at the #NFLCombine —so as a former NFL Scout, I did the next best thing —I timed him running 40 yards during a game two years ago to see how fast he is. I got 5.37 seconds. I timed him with a stopwatch from his first step at the 50 until he reached the 10. What time did you get? I had to go back two years because Sanders only has one run in his 4 year college career over 40 yards on his ESPN stats page —and it was in this game when he played for FCS Jackson State vs. Southern in 2022. The record for the slowest time at the NFL Combine for a quarterback according to the USA Today is 5.37 by Ryan Mallet.

Each week I do two back to back long runs. I’m in the THICK of training for my next 100miler. This week, the 2 back-to-back runs equaled nearly 12hrs of running, 5:45hrs Tuesday and 6hrs Wednesday. I was in Phoenix for Thanksgiving with family so I was able to run in the desert /warm conditions just east of the city - good training for my HURT 100miler in January (on Oahu). Also very technical! Back to back long runs allow me to do two hard endurance efforts on consecutive days without the same body fatigue/impact I’d get from just doing a single day 12hr run. First 2 pics are from Day 1 run, second 2 (pic/video) from day 2. Was definitely tired by the end of day 2. But felt good most the run. Need to dial in my calories better. Had to carry all my water for nearly 6hrs for day 1. Very heavy pack (13 pounds in a Salomon 12L). Day 2 had a water refill halfway through, still good amount of weight carried, but way less than day 1 (took 48oz + calories).

There are defining moments in every collector's journey, and today is one of them for me. The Pella Collection has acquired 13 of Modest absolute iconic 1/1 works and two of his grail OTP editions all from the original minter, CryptoTaxGuy (who alongside sqda helped me discover Mod's works). I have been following m0dest for over a year now, and I consider him one of the brightest and most innovative lights in our space. His relentless melding of art and blockchain technology is second to none in my view. Thank you to CTG for passing on the baton and to Modest for his epic creations and his dedication to his craft. Our community is a richer place because of both of you🖤

George Pickens: “It’s definitely a relief (to get my first TD). I wanted to get in that box. It’s definitely for the team, because I know what type of guys we have. So with special plays like (yesterday), we can win a lot of games.” CeeDee Lamb: “You start to understand how much of a demon he really is. He can take over the game. He’s electric. Just give him an opportunity. He drew like 5 (pass interference penalties). I mean, do what you want with that information.” Dak Prescott: “They keep pass (interfering with him). We’re good. We can get better. Me and CeeDee can get better. All of us can get better. That’s the standard. … He’s continuing to grow in the right direction, and (I’m) proud of the work that he’s put in and the trust that we have in each other.”

The past week has been a rollercoaster of emotions. 1) In court again after the Government appealed against my freedom despite the 3-0 Appeal court decision in my favor. I trust Allah’s plans & will leave my fate in his wise hands. My integrity is not for sale. 6 years & counting, and i never once delayed the trial, never once negotiated my freedom through Political masters & never once lost faith that Malaysia is worth fighting & dying for. 2) From court, straight down to Muar. I am privileged to be given the opportunity to serve the good people of Muar. Despite not getting any support on Peruntukan Kebajikan, i have fundraised millions for Muar, thanks to all of you. Latest, another RM2.5million fundraised for Muar. Macam nak menangis pun ada 🥹 3) Dari Muar terus ke Switzerland bersama @kedaicincinampang . I’ll be here for 8days. Photoshoot, video-shoot and more. At first i was struggling to pay for my legal fees. Ya la, kerajaan kalah & merayu guna duit cukai rakyat. I still have to pay on my own despite winning at the Appeal court & now heading to the federal court. But Alhamdulillah Allah works in miraculous ways. 1 pintu ditutup, 10 lagi dibuka. With this new opportunity as a Brand ambassador, i can at least pay for my legal fees. Please pray for us here. Sejuk dia menusuk kalbu 🥶🥶🥶

Even when things get dark, when the noise gets loud, and when people try to tell my story for me, you continue to show up with kindness and love. Thank you for seeing me, believing in me, and standing with me year after year. I will never take your loyalty for granted. I appreciate you all more than words can express. ❤️ SHEEBAHOLICS, I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH🌹 #GodAboveAll🙏🏾

It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing! “This is my beloved husband, Anthony showing his great golf swing about 2 years prior to his passing from Stage 4 lung cancer July 4, 2024 at the age of 74. I will never forget that morning at the hospital when the doctors said he had 2 to 3 hours to live because the cancer held at bay in the left long for one year had finally consumed the right lung. They gave him morphine to slow his breathing for a more comfortable passing. I’ve since learned that his transition began 6 weeks prior. I called immediate family. We joined a circled around his bed and played his favorite music. I spoke to him through out the day. Ten minutes before passing, he said, “Kiss me.” He was known as a “scratch” player back in the day. He almost entered to play professional golf, but his dad needed him in the family brick laying business in NYC. They did the exterior brick/stone work for many of the high rises including work for Donald Trump. Soar in Heaven Anthony La Sala with your great golf game!” - Jenny La Sala, creator & administrator for A Soldier's Whisper #Heaven #golfing #Widow #Loss #MilitaryFamily

BREAKING: Louisiana Man Arrested for Murder of Deputy U.S. Marshal Drew Hanson A Louisiana man is now facing federal criminal charges after authorities say he fatally shot Deputy U.S. Marshal Drew Hanson while officers attempted to serve an arrest warrant at his Alexandria home. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Louisiana announced that Clarence A. Frazier Jr., 48, has been charged by criminal complaint with the murder of Deputy U.S. Marshal Hanson. Prosecutors say Frazier allegedly opened fire on law enforcement officers as they attempted to arrest him after he failed to appear for trial on a state charge of sexual battery involving a person with infirmities. Hanson's father, Mike Hanson, gave a heartbreaking tribute. He described a son whose greatest title wasn't simply deputy marshal, but father. "My son lived his life with a courage and a kindness that most people only read about. He was a United States Marshal... Wearing that badge was his dream from the time he was young." "But beyond the badge, beyond the duty, he was an extraordinary father. His family was the center of his world... He never met a stranger. If you crossed his path, you walked away feeling seen, welcomed, and valued." If convicted, Frazier faces a maximum sentence of life in federal prison or the death penalty. Prayers up for the Hanson family. 🙏

I’ll never forget the judge’s face when they played the video. Judge Graf had already seen the photos and heard every description. None of it prepared him for what he was about to see. When that footage of Charlie getting shot hit the screen, he flinched. Pushed his chair back like the bullet came through the monitor. For a second the robe didn’t matter. He looked scared. He looked saddened. A judge who’s seen everything still couldn’t hide it. This wasn’t just another case. It was a 31-year-old father who was executed in front of thousands of people for speaking the truth. A year has gone by and the moment Charlie is shot is ingrained in my mind. Some things you don’t forget.
