Note: If you could jump through a hole in the Earth, you'd fall towards the center due to gravity. Once past the center, gravity would pull you back up. Assuming no air resistance or friction, you'd oscillate back and forth. The journey would take about 42 minutes each way, ignoring Earth's rotation and assuming a straight, vacuum-like tunnel.
