@AgyekumYeboah you are really helping but 1. the production of allicin from alliin/allinase is not oxygen dependent just the mechanical crushing of the garlic 2. Ambient air contains 21% Oxygen hence chewing it slowly will achieve same effect even if oxygen dependent 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
