I have been pulled over 9 times while carrying concealed. I tell them I have my firearm on me. Not one time has a cop ever pulled me out of the car and took my firearm off my hip. Not once ever. One officer even said "I am too" and laughed after telling him I was armed with my handgun concealed and have my liscense to carry.

Instead, I would film as he is, but every time I thought the officer was doing something wrong or unconstitutional I'd say: "Officer, I'm going to comply, but I think that request is unconstitutional and I will file a complaint after I am released" You look retarded when you demand a name & badge number. Check if its on the citation when he hands it to you, or ask when you're being released. Then you can write it down. After he released me I'd comduct an AAR with him: "You realize by pulling me out of the car you gave me a better position to attack you on an equal footing. What gave you the impression I would be a danger sitting in my car & how can I avoid that?" "The fact that I informed you I was armed is probably a good indication that I'm a law abiding citizen & would probably be the type to respond if he saw an officer under attack. All this disaerming nonsense created distrust between the police & law abiding citizens" "Asking me to take my gun out of it's holster or you taking it out gives me both the edge & position to attack you faster while also interrupting your draw.
