Hydrogen-powered trucks, construction haulers, delivery vans, logistics fleets, refueling stations, and a supply center capable of producing 5,100 tons of hydrogen annually. That is the part many people miss about China. It does not just announce a technology and wait for the market to magically appear. It builds the roads, stations, factories, fleets, standards, supply chains, and use cases until the technology becomes ordinary. In the West, hydrogen often remains a conference slide. In China, it becomes a truck quietly replacing diesel at a construction site.
