every drone can swim if you waterproof the fc and esc, the motors itself are always working underwater, nothing special, with only 6 mins airtime there is not much rescue mission you will do, 1,6 kg is super heavy for a drone! this is only a students project and has been done many times

Which means, once the PLA air force gains air superiority over an area, this drone will be able to drop precision guided weapons onto targets with impunity. Paired with the high-tech-looking remote control, it’s incredibly fun to fly—so much so that you’ll be completely absorbed. It can be flown both indoors and outdoors. Unlike those small planes that crash after just a couple of spins, this one hovers steadily. Fly it however you like.
