The suit is tyvec. We wore them when removing asbestos.. They stop cross contamination of particulates. Won't do anything for radiation. He's probably taking air samples or testing for radiological materials. But doesn't want to contaminate the sample.

Good point. I had to wear Tyveks too. But I wasn’t close enough to him to make the assumption. I did boiler removal and chimney removal that had asbestos in the building in Manhattan

those are Agricultural drones that spray fields...they are in the neighborhood of 30-50 grand a piece. Millennial farmer on YouTube had them out to see what they are all about. you can clearly see the rows of crops in the video and the man has a suit on because he is trying to keep the pesticides off of him.

Agricultural spraying. night op so they don't get pestered by the public. Wind is calmer as well...they should have the vihicles marked and some safety cones.
