If I'm a sword wielding another sword, does that count as duel wielding?

Off handing anything other then shield, Parrying dagger, or lets go to the end of sword use a flintlock just seems kinda dumb TBH

my totaly useless experience as a mass larp player taught me that it's easyer to dual wield with a different weapon in each hand so each can be used to a different task wile both using the same swords only bring confusion in that regard small warhammer+short sword is a good combo
