Tube travel to India? Bet it'll be the vibe.

I came up with this basic concept 25 years ago but it was not feasible using current engineering. My design uses a water propulsion system so that the "tube" is not filled with air this lessens the chance of failures, increases safety and does not put as much pressure on the tube making it more flexible. Lesson here never give up on your Ideas.
