Baba ambedkar???

The Maharaja Express is a luxury train in India. It is often called the Orient Express of the Orient. It won the World’s Leading Luxury Train award eight times, including seven years in a row. It also received an award from Condé Nast Traveler in 2022. Owned by #IRCTC

This is the luxury tourist train ‘Palace on wheels’.

Palace on Wheels, Jaipur, Rajasthan 🇮🇳

The Original Indian Railway Enjoy the best !

The maharaja express

This is the sleeper train they show in tourism ads The one I took: uncle snoring like diesel engine + mystery smell Thanks for the fantasy, @sciencegirl

Looks amazing. The problem? For most Indians, this kind of comfort is priced out of reach. That’s the real issue.

Looks like uncle stepped into someone else’s room 🫢

The real sleeper

What about the smell?

It’s a luxury train - Palace on wheels. Out of reach for 99.99% of Indians.

This is Palace on Wheels… people able to afford this travel aren’t commenting on X 😂

The train covers iconic Indian destinations primarily in North-West and Central India, such as Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Varanasi, between October and April.

I can already smell it

This is inside of one of a type Royal train, which is beyond pockets of Indians, it is for foreign tourists who want to visit historical place at a leisurely pace.

The Palace on Wheels …anywhere between $6,000 to $20,000 per person for the 7nights/8days trip … Unmatched opulence… feel like an emperor for those 8 days

Sleep? Party Train

similar trains for tourists

While in memu train in india.

Americans dream, they never built a one good train 😂

The perfect travel experience.

Why is this nicer than most European trains I’ve seen?

That's the ultra luxury, ultra pricey Palace on Wheels train...not a regular sleeper train

It's either that or the roof...

The bed bugs and stench would be horrible

Wrong information. This is the Maharaja express meant fod Tourists alone not ordinary train. Don't post fake information.

Wow that looks amazing

Lol This is the luxury train and its ticket would be around 15-20 lakh per person which 99% Indians can't afford

wow what a cool experience

Which India is this 🤔

you know what , if railway leased the coaches to companies like taj hotels, we will have clean and star hotel type coaches

This is probably the Maharaja Express. Which costs about US$ 10K. Never visit India on a low budget. You will regret it.

Its a special luxury train with ticket prices ranging from $4k-$20k Below is normal indian sleeper train

Cool for aesthetic purpose but itne me toh me flight me chale jau😶
