Very nice size, very decently spec'ed and with a lovely balcony. I paid a mortgage on a place smaller and more poorly spec'ed than that for a few years. Makes me sick that a foreigner can come and get it for free or heavily subsidised. I genuinely want Irish people who have nothing to have this so they can focus on getting an education, a trade and having a better life for themselves. I don't want any of the foreign hoardes to ever have this in Ireland.
