This is basic law. They are not entitled to a criminal trial. Never we’re entitled. Ever. Tim is right. Due process is not a jury trial. Its a civil case, as the left is fond of telling us. Administrative judges that work for the executive not the judicial. "Are you here legally?" Thats it. Thats due process. Clinton signed expedited removals and most are handled that way.
