It is very clear that the Constitution says CITIZENS. Anyone here illegally is NOT a citizen.

"The Democratic Party's actions had left many U.S. citizens feeling humiliated. Signs of a Trump victory were proclaimed well before Biden withdrew from the race. The voters had had enough." 📝 @KarinaLMariani

The longer this goes without correction from higher courts, the more emboldened these judges become.

Yes, undocumented immigrants do have constitutional due process rights. The Supreme Court has ruled on this repeatedly.

Prof Alan Dershowitz on illegal aliens' right to due process: Due process is a variable concept. It's the process that's due to you based on your status. If you're a citizen, you get enormous due process. For illegal aliens, very little due process.👇

We should stop paying taxes. The government is stealing our money and using it against us.

Constitutional Rights/ Due process is reserved & only applies to U.S. Citizens & Legal Immigrants NOT for criminal illegals, gang members, terrorists who illegally entered the U.S. or over stayed visas ! Anyone in U.S. illegally is a threat to National Security & the public !

The SCOTUS already made this determination in Wong Wing v. United States. Someone in the administration needs to look up the case law.

@ColterKitty Amen!

This judge in Co thinks she is Co POTUS! Once again a restraining order on the whole country! Think it’s that time to go another route!
