Passengers are moving in an organised way. Holding area, large number of ticket counters have made their travel easier. We have made similar facilities at other stations of Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Bengaluru, Secunderabad etc., areas which receive large number of passengers.

The Neighbourhood Community Officer program is being expanded to include Toronto’s underground transit neighbourhood – the TTC subway. There will be four dedicated officers between Union and Wellesley stations – and another four officers between Bloor and Eglinton stations. This will allow us to have a seven-day-a-week, dedicated coverage on the Yonge Line, ensuring transit riders feel safe and secure on their commute.

Commuters on the Kelana Jaya Line faced major disruptions after a communication system outage at Pasar Seni station caused significant train delays this evening. According to Threads user @/nurul62._, the train was stuck for over 25 minutes before experiencing a power shutdown, forcing commuters to open emergency ventilation panels due to poor airflow. Passengers were later instructed to switch to another train in the middle of the tracks. Rapid KL confirmed that alternative train services have been activated to assist affected passengers. Trains from Gombak are turning back at KL Sentral, while trains from Putra Heights are turning back at Bangsar. After days of extreme cold, we’re seeing a welcome shift back to more seasonal temperatures. Today we prepare to welcome close to 110,000 passengers, with flights departing to 48 countries. There are 858 scheduled aircraft movements, including 431 arrivals and 427 departures. Our Central Deicing Facility is operating with 6 pads open, able to simultaneously deice 6 wide body aircraft or 12 narrow body aircraft. Metrolinx says the UP Express train service will be running every 30 minutes due to ongoing service recovery efforts from yesterday's disabled train. Passengers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for their commute.
