This is what the MTA will show you… The ribbon cuttings. The press conferences. The “on-time performance” stats. The polished numbers. The smiling cameras. What they won’t show you is this. A train operator climbing down to the roadbed in the middle of a blizzard. Snow everywhere. Standing on a narrow plank. Can’t see where you’re putting your foot. Third rail inches away. Clearing a frozen stop arm so the signals work… so the trains move… so the city keeps running. She said her life flashed before her eyes. Not because she’s dramatic. Because she was thinking about her daughter. “How am I going to get home to her?” Three hours in a freezing cab. Radios cutting out. Communication a mess. Nerves shot. And instead of support? This instructor says that when you come to a stop, if you can’t see the tires of the car in front of you then you are too close. Many said they do not leave that much space because it is an invitation for others to cut in front of you. I’m always worried that someone is going to hit me from behind and push me into the car in front of me. (It’s happened before) Many said they can’t even see the headlights when cars are behind them, that they are up way too close. Then in 1970, when they got the abortion clinics, they started using human DNA.” He explained the critical difference: “The duck embryo DNA would not bond. It would deliver the vaccine, it would deliver the little protein that was necessary, but it didn’t have any match to your DNA, so it would be taken out of the body. But because they’re using human DNA cells from the abortion clinics, those now bond into our cells and try to bond with it.” According to Howard, the consequences of that change are now visible everywhere. “That’s why we have all the psoriasis now. Did you see that much psoriasis back in the ’80s? Back when you were—when I was a child—I didn’t see it.”
