During this interesting podcast some weeks ago, this informed man was telling them that NDC is not a registered political party YET, that's NDC is only existing by Court Order and they should not shout Tinubu's name IF the court decides to later remove their order o🤣🤣 Now, the... same court that gave the order has removed the order yesterday, what's next for NDC to do now? For your information, it's not a ruling or judgement to be appealed, it was just an order from the Federal High Court Lokoja that Supreme Leader Seriake Dickson ran to when INEC asked him to change the Logo of the party to meet the requirement....Instead of changing the logo, he chose to use privileged right as a Senator to approach Court to order INEC Nigeria to recognize them.... Dear Nigerians, WAKE UP, E DON HAPPEN! Federal High Court has nullified the electoral timeframe imposed on political parties by INEC. The APC may have bitten off more than they can chew. BAT rushed & signed the Rubber Stamp Electoral Act because it favors them. But that law was a very horrible legislation. Now a Federal High Court has nullified key positions of the Timetable set by INEC. The Youth Party went to court & challenged INEC. What this means is that people can still defect to other parties until September. Your AGF Lateef Fagbemi has again shown his bias & incompetence. Lateef is unfit for office. INEC on its part is heading to court to challenge the ruling. But on whose interest? Godswill Akpabio’s Rubber Stamp tried to regulate INEC (against the provisions of the Constitution). They passed that horrible legislation to favor themselves. The 10th National Assembly tried to coronate Asiwaju at the detriment of a multi-party democracy. Their action is treasonable! This case will go up to the Supreme Court. But for now, the law allows people to join other parties irrespective of INEC & its deadlines. APC rushed to conduct their primaries to shut out other political parties. A terrible judgement call on their part. The Federal High Court ruling has set in motion things the APC may not be able to control. For now, let Nigerians breathe! The NDC should be careful. Those who already contested for primaries in APC, should not be allowed to contest in NDC. Avoid litigations.

BREAKING: The Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja has vacated its earlier judgment which directed INEC to register the NDC as a political party. Justice Isah Dashen, the presiding judge, held that the earlier judgment was constitutionally defective as it was delivered without hearing from all interested parties. The ruling follows an application filed by the Peace Movement Party (PMP), where it argued that NDC’s registration was based on a logo it had previously submitted to INEC before the commencement of the suit. According to the judge, all relevant parties must be heard before any substantive decision can be made in the matter. Consequently, the court ordered that the substantive suit should begin afresh, with INEC, the PMP, and the NDC as parties to the case. Justice Dashen further ruled that the status quo be restored to what it was before the December 2025 judgment, pending the determination of the substantive suit. Counsel to the applicant, Chikezie Ekeocha, told journalists that the PMP approached the court after discovering that NDC’s registration was based on a logo it had previously submitted to INEC before the commencement of the suit. According to Ekeocha, the court agreed that the applicant’s rights had been affected and consequently vacated the earlier judgment, which directed the registration of NDC as a political party.
