As an immigrant, this story is blowing my mind. This woman arrived in the United States as a 7-month-old baby and has spent 23 years of her life here. For 16 of those years, Democratic presidents held office, often with a Democratic majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Yet, despite this political advantage, no meaningful effort was made to provide a pathway to citizenship for DACA recipients like her. Now, she stands alongside AOC, a congresswoman who has been in office for six years, during which time she, too, has failed to advocate effectively for DACA recipients. Instead, the focus under Biden has shifted to granting expedited pathways to citizenship for new arrivals, leaving long-term residents like her sidelined. How long can one remain loyal to a political party that has failed you for most of your life? Now Democrats are angry with us because Biden allowed nearly 700,000 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions or pending charges to remain in the country, and we want them deported.

Charges and convictions, over 70% of them have pending charges against them or criminal convictions.
