DYC says one cannot question EVMs as they have been upheld by the Supreme Court which was the “last voice” Who will remind him that he took great pride in burying the ‘last voice’ of his own father in ADM jabalpur “several fathoms under” in Puttuswamy!

Democracy thrives on questioning, not on burying voices to protect power.

For the U.S. president who pitches himself as the dealmaker-in-chief, brokering a sustainable end to the war could prove to be his most difficult deal yet, FP’s @ak_mack writes.

There was Mishra, we thought he would be the worst possible Then came Gogoi, we thought he would be the worst possible Then Bobde, we thought he would be the worst possible Then Lalit, we thought he would be the worst possible Then came DYC.

This guy needs to stfu. He is retired.

Too childish for a CJI! No law is permanent!

He is going to get a plush post

Who will remind him that he took great pride in burying the ‘last voice’ of his own father in Adultery case and let Wymen choose outside married life, while remaining married ??

@rajani_XR_blr A CJI WHO KILLED THE TRUST OF PEOPLE IN JUDICIARY 🤮🤮🤮

its supreme but not infallible.

Upholding by SC does not mean EVMs are technically sound for democratic country- why SC refuses to allow counting side by maschine which counts vote casted and shown to voter.

Why is DYC giving legitimacy to the modus operandi of burying all contentious issues by taking them to the Apex Court and silencing everyone during their pendency & claiming moral high ground after securing a favourable Judgement? Isn't the Court only Supreme but NOT infallible?
