APRIL 14, 2025 // EDWARDS AFB We shut off motors, actuators, and batteries mid-flight—on purpose. In preparation for completing pilot-on-board transition flights, our team conducted rigorous failure injection testing on our aircraft, to validate the layers of resilience we've built into our aircraft. In every case, our aircraft kept flying safely and landed vertically with no change to pilot procedures. 🎥 Watch the film to see actual footage from the tests.

All of our team is taking part in the path towards flight readiness: • Manufacturing and integration of the two first MIURA 5 qualification units (QM1 & QM2) in record time to validate the complete subsystem before flight unit production. • Parallel qualification test campaigns, successfully ongoing across all launch vehicle components, from engines to avionics, from software to GNC algorithms. • Ground Support Equipment is being manufactured in Spain and will soon undergo on-site testing, while civil works at our launch complex at CSG (Kourou) moves forward simultaneously.
