Maybe next time would be better to ask more specific question : "russia uses oil refinery to budget strikes on Ukraine, hitting them is an easier way to win the war for Ukraine, better military doctrine, copying what US had made in their successful mikitary operations. Meanwhile russian civilians still have access to fuel via import. Why US is supporting russians in their economy and asking Ukraine to stop their successful doctrine?"
