Ukraine cannot be limited in its warfare against Russia. They will lose the war if they are not allowed to attack Russian infrastructure!

Russia does not respect international standards. When Ukraine complied during the war, the cost it suffered from multiple Russian attacks on energy plants was disproportionate. The US and EU need to urgently provide the Patriot system so that Ukraine can protect its power plants.
