basically anything "hosted on a port"...vscode would expose that port publicly, so it doesn't matter what tool/framework you're using

you don't have to transfer your data to internet, you can still have local access but with nice https name, and this .local address is accessible from any device on the same Wifi/Lan network

If you don’t use vscode you can also do this by adding the —host argument to most bundlers/file servers, or you could also use ngrok for cases when the other device is not on the same network
