Which is why milk is so great. Complete food. But apart from that, everyone should test, because even with eating a "balanced diet" you can easily get a deficiency for a multitude of different reasons.

YES I lived carb free and was under 120 pounds my entire adulthood. It suddenly backfired. Gain 40 pound in 5 yrs no matter what I did. I have had to bring back fruits and sugar. It took months for my body to readjust Now finally losing very slowly.
