Since 2014, ₹5.94 lakh crore has been given to West Bengal as tax devolution - a 4.4× increase compared to the ₹1.34 lakh crore provided during 2004–14. Under SASCI, ₹24,000 crore has been provided as 50-year interest-free loans. AIIMS Kalyani in West Bengal has been opened. Eleven medical colleges have been approved in West Bengal under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS). Under the NDA government, West Bengal received a record railway budget allocation of ₹13,955 crore for 2025–26, which is more than three times the average outlay of ₹4,380 crore during 2009–14. 101 Amrit Stations are being developed in West Bengal at a cost of ₹3,847.5 crore. 1,650 km of railway lines have been electrified - taking total electrification in West Bengal to over 98%. They have literally formed a Control Room at Kalighat and WhatsApp Groups at local levels to monitor the Voting Process of the Police Personnel who would be casting their votes on the Postal Ballots. The team of Santanu Sinha Biswas; Coordinator and Bijitaswa Rout; Convenor of Kolkata & West Bengal Police Welfare Committee have been allocated the task to ensure that all the Votes cast by the Police Personnel are in the favour of the TMC Party. The Police Personnel can't even exercise their free will and vote for a Candidate whom they personally want to vote for. The video below shows one professor & one teacher deployed for polling at Ghatal of Purba Medinipur both of whom, post-arrival at the collection centre (DCRC) were refused to cast their own votes and found their votes were already cast. It is at this DCRC level where significant manipulations had been done in general in West Bengal Elections. The DCRC remains full of contractual employees & also State Govt Officers who are no less than the TMC's partymen. Election Commission of India needs to note that West Bengal turned like Syria where the administration & their complete ecosystem is compromised.
