Andrew Neil has once again perfectly summed up the rotten, self-serving core of British politics: “It’s once again politicians using the political system to their advantage, at the expense of the people. Labour did it in Makerfield Nigel Farage is doing it in Clacton.” 🎯 Farage resigns his Clacton seat and forces a by-election to dodge scrutiny over donations, framing it as people versus the establishment. The big parties refuse to contest it, exposing the whole exercise as a cynical farce. Labour pulled the exact same trick in Makerfield, forcing a vacancy so Andy Burnham could parachute in and challenge Starmer for the leadership. No hand-wringing about democracy or taxpayer costs then. Just naked self-interest. This perfectly illustrates how politicians of all stripes treat the system as their personal plaything. These people are not public servants. They are careerists who manipulate by-elections, rules and voters for power and survival. They bend the rules when it suits them and howl with outrage when others do the same. Andrew Neil exposes the hypocrisy. Jess Phillips is absolutely raging with contempt at Nigel Farage: “I don’t know if I could express my contempt any greater about what I think about him playing a game with a job that I believe to be an absolute privilege and an honour.” This is the same Jess Phillips who, as Safeguarding Minister, refused to launch a proper government inquiry into grooming gangs in Oldham and whose party voted to block a national inquiry into the whole scandal. The same Labour Party whose councils and authorities turned a blind eye for years while thousands of vulnerable British girls were systematically groomed and abused. Nigel Farage and his Speculative Security Things we know: 1) a few weeks ago, the Guardian dropped a smouldering grenade into the Farage campsite with their revelation that he had 'forgotten' to declare the paltry sum of £5M, given to him by Chakrit Sakunkrit [Christopher Harborne] — Thai businessman and crypto magnate. 2) Farage regularly 'forgets' to declare income from his myriad jobs outside Parliament. In the last reporting period he 'forgot' 17 outside jobs totalling around £385,000. His excuse. “I don't do computers”. 3) there are already donations and gifts missing from his last register update — see The Finance Guy for more on that. Things we've been told: a) the £5M was an unconditional gift. b) the £5M was a reward for Brexit. c) the £5M was to pay for his security — for life. Let's focus on the security aspect because, I believe, Farage is trying to construct a counterfactual and has been caught lying. Again. In October of 2025, Zia Yusuf, Satan's Head Boy, was sent cross all media outlets — and I do mean all of them — to talk about the government's removal of some of Nigel's security costs; up to 75% if you believe Yusuf. What has never been made clear about this claim are, one, if it actually happened, and two, if it did, what sums of cash were being forfeited? There are two videos below. One in which Zia Yusuf took to 𝕏 on October 1st 2025, in a very earnest fashion to make claims about his best friend's safety where he stated at one point, that if Farage was killed, he would blame Keir Starmer. Yikes! He talks about donors stepping up at that point to cover the security costs for Farage. The second video is the one which contradicts Yusuf. From BBC Newsnight earlier this month when Farage states that he was given the £5M back in 2024 as: “an unconditional, non-political, personal gift. And it will ensure I can be safe for the rest of my life.” So. Two things are clearly jumping out at me from these statements. Firstly, lies are being told by Yusuf and/or Farage. Secondly, in the BBC video, he makes the claim that the 'gift' is non-political but to protect him … as a politician. To me, this is definitive proof that he's lying about the donation. If he received this money in 2024 for a lifetime of private security, then why the need for 'donors to step up' and pay for it again in Oct. 2025? Which is it? Neither, I'd suggest. I think the entire thing is a shonky counterfactual, hastily cobbled together to cover up the fact that he's been caught out pocketing millions in undeclared donations. Nigel Farage warned this morning that we are being INVADED, and that some of these arrivals could one day form an ARMY against us. This is a serious WARNING from Farage. He said exactly what many of us can see with our own eyes: “These are aggressive, dangerous, young males. There are some who say, could some of them turn into a force within this country, perhaps even an army that’s against us at some point in the future. I don’t think we’re there yet, but the risk remains.” The small boat crossings are almost exclusively young men. That is not an accident and it is not harmless. The government knows it too. That’s why they hand out booklets telling them how to behave. They stick their heads in the sand while quietly admitting the danger. We’ve already seen large groups of young men gather on the streets, cause havoc, and overwhelm the police simply because of their numbers. Officers know they can’t contain it if things properly kick off. Farage is right to be concerned. The public is right to be concerned. The politicians need to wake up, and fast!

Nigel Farage has called Welsh people “Foreign speakers” in a Cameo video. I hate to break it to you Mr Farage, but if you read a history book you would realise English is more foreign in the UK than Welsh. He said: “Gutted I couldn’t attend the wedding. I wanted to come, but I heard that half the guests were Welsh, and I don’t know. Who knows what would have happened with all those foreign speakers there. I don’t know.” This is at a time that his party are trying to convince people in Wales that they should elect them to the Welsh Parliament. Big credit to the Guardian for breaking this story:

He says he knows for a “fact” on the “29th” of February I was “informed” that there was a “parliamentary investigation” into allegations. He also goes on to say “shortly after that” I gave the interview to the Daily Mail. These are outright lies. The actual Daily Mail interview took place on the 25th of February days before publication. The interview itself was conducted BEFORE I received the first letter from Reform on the 28th of February. This letter was NOT from Parliament. To suggest I used the interview to deflect from any investigation is factually untrue. I have heard absolutely nothing from Parliament about any of this. Nigel Farage needs to urgently correct the record, apologise and stop telling lies about me. Their malicious witch hunt against me has fallen apart.

By the way it’s worth pointing out that the Rupert Lowe MP account isn’t actually run by Rupert and when he’s interviewed in person he very often says things like he won’t deport any legal immigrants or attacks Farage from the left over repealing ILR status for existing holders. So I will keep asking for a statement from the man himself to be made clearing up where he stands and anyone who opposes my asking is a cultist. By the way where is he? Because he’s barely done any interviews outside of a couple of friendly podcasters since Restore launched.

When Beth Rigby challenged him on this yesterday, he got angry and started shouting at her; textbook fragile toxic misogyny. Unfortunately, Beth retreated as Reform UK pay good money for the publicity and no one can be seen to upset the apple cart. It's quite shocking, actually. Regardless, Farage is a shameless liar that does very little for his actual job, if anything. If he could point to Clacton on a map, his constituents would be very surprised.
