We passed about 8 overturned wagons & vans on our way home from Liverpool. It’s wild out there

At least he never landed on anyone, driver and company should be charged for that.

It's possibly an unpopular opinion, but I think fines should be brought out for non-emergency high sided vehicles driving when there is a red weather warning. A fatal accident could have been caused there completely pointlessly.

All he had to do was pull over. Now he's putting other people's lives at risk.

Whoever has sent that van out should be sacked.

If he opened the curtain, it’s likely the roof will blow off.. plus the structure becomes unstable.. then the DSA starts dishing out “insecure load” fines.. also the insurance would have issues. Better to just not risk it.. but a lot of managers get upset when you refuse.
