We know for sure from experience 1) court cases can take years from high court, appeal and scork. 2) a president can make court cases go away, not guaranteed but a possibility 3) court can determine the impeachment process was unconstitutional and invalid

Having voted for Baba for 3 consecutive terms, I don't see how ODM- assuming it retains it's voting block - would endorse Ruto. This is the easiest election for Raila to win Ruto has no strong political base Why support him, instead of him supporting your candidate of choice?
