BAPS clarified that arrangements were coordinated in advance to avoid disruption, and at no point was anyone removed or denied access by them. Internal site staffing decisions were handled entirely by SETE management, not enforced by Indian spiritual leaders.

first look in to the matter. BAPS NEVER told authorities to remove women from their work place and that’s on record. Educate yourself first . Look at BAPS women wing activities and I am sure you won’t find these kind of activities from and for women in any other religious org .

The important questions that must be asked are: - How was this land was allocated to BAPS in the first place? - Why was the Indian embassy and the Indian ambassador actively involved in the promotion of its inauguration? - Why did the Prime Minister deliver a celebratory address while students were being pulled out of rubble in Delhi? - How has a private limited company been able to funnel tens of millions of euros, according to its own claims, into the construction of this temple? We must speak in one voice against the racist appropriation of this controversy towards electoral ends in France. It is entirely unbecoming of the Prime Minister of India to be celebrating the inauguration of a temple in Paris while dead bodies of students are being pulled out of the rubble of a hostel in New Delhi. After a scandal involving women being asked not to work at the Eiffel Tower during the BAPS visit, the MEA has said the Indian government had nothing to do with the matter. If the Indian government had nothing to do with the matter, then why was the ambassador present at the inauguration? Why was the Prime Minister speaking with the Indian flag in the background, as the Prime Minister of India and not as a private citizen, at the inauguration of this temple? When the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple was inaugurated in Ayodhya, it was explicitly made clear that the Prime Minister is attending in a personal capacity. How does he attend the inauguration of a temple in an official capacity now? How does he talk about the India-France bilateral relationship at that address? Now you cannot run away from these difficult questions. India's ambassador to UNESCO is busy defending BAPS. BAPS is a private limited company in France. The temple itself claims that tens of millions of euros were used in the building of this temple that makes it historic. Where did this money come from? How has it gone into a private limited company? What is the accountability for promoting a temple like this? Does the Prime Minister promote all temples that are opened across the world? Does the Prime Minister promote gurdwaras that are opened across the world? Does the Prime Minister promote mosques that are open across the world? Or have we stopped pretending we are a secular country? Finally, this has become a moment for the far right in France to target Indians. That's racist, and that racist hatred must be called out, but that hatred cannot be used as a justification for labour rights violations at that temple. In New Jersey, serious allegations were made that Dalit labourers were exploited, paid below minimum wage. Forty people apparently have died of silicosis, according to some estimates, because of that stone cutting. Who will take responsibility for these actions? Who will answer questions as to why the land was donated to BAPS in France, why land was donated in Abu Dhabi to the same BAPS? Is there pressure from the Indian government in doing so? Difficult questions cannot be avoided, and certainly not right now under the guise of religion.

Nihang Sikhs visited the abode of Mata Vaishno Devi in Katra, where they were gifted a bag of dry fruits by Hindu Shopkeeper. There was a time when many Sikh pilgrims visited Hindu temples, but this has decreased over time. Sikhs were once devout Devi upasaks and used to undertake the Char Dham Yatra as well. My ‘everyday’ friends sometimes think I’m exaggerating about the harm caused by gender ideology. I made this short video - the 'women can have a penis' highlights from the first 15 mins of Dr Helen Webberley’s recent interview with Robby Starbuck to show what exactly they’re supporting when they say ‘what’s the harm?’. Or say women like me are ‘unkind’ to object to men who say they are women being in our single sex spaces. Because this so-called health expert also: -Dismisses the idea that women who’ve been r*ped might feel nervous about sharing a changing room with a man - Implies that women who object to men (who say they’re women) exposing themselves in female changing rooms are at fault for being traumatised. Because “they shouldn’t have been looking.” Imagine claiming to care about safeguarding while dismissing women’s fear, experience and vulnerability. Link to full unedited video in comments.
