We're not talking about world models enough. We're obsessed LLMs, but LLMs understand text, not reality. They are map-readers, not explorers. A robot arm doesn't have to break 1,000 actual cups to learn how to hold one. It simulates the grip, detects the slip, and adjusts its force in its internal world model first. It learns in milliseconds, safely. We don't just ask an AI to hypothesize based on what its been trained on; we use a world model to simulate how a theoretical drug molecule binds to a virus, accelerating discovery from years to minutes. This video is some clips of my favorite worlds I've been making in World Labs , who just opened up their private beta to the public this week. In the private beta, I spent hours spinning up worlds either from prompts or via uploading images (like this one of Roble gym @ Stanford). Some of the worlds here are public creations from other users, since you can post your worlds to a feed for others to explore in (it's a pretty fun social product, walking through worlds from other ppl's imaginations).

Unlike the American F-35, Sweden would never withhold critical software updates or spare parts for their Gripens as punishment if your country’s leader were to inadvertently say something they disagreed with because Canada would own the intellectual property and the parts. I’m an airplane junkie and have been one all my life. I am in no way directly or indirectly connected to Saab or the government or military (which has a weird fascination with US control.) The Gripen is a better deal financially - it’s less problematic and far easier to operate and maintain. Cost: We can get three Canadian-built (Halifax) Gripen fighters for the price of one F-35. That represents massive savings! The hourly flight cost of the F-35 is $36,000 USD ($50,500 CAD). The hourly flight cost of the Gripen is just $7,000 USD ($9,800 CAD). With its smaller ground crew requirement and significantly lower cost per unit, the Gripen E is a compelling alternative - perfectly suited for defending Canada’s vast northern frontier. With the Gripen, Canada would own the intellectual property and technology outright, with no concerns about kill switches or throttled performance. It allows us to spend less on procurement while investing more in our own aerospace industry.) Canada has multiple helicopter platforms and we can do the same with jets. I found this video to be hilariously sad and oddly interesting. This is a Black man trying to get their Mixed biracial daughter to choose the black girl bottle option, but the but the mixed girl kept choosing the white girl one. This oddly seems to upset him for some reason, even suggesting that she made "the wrong choice." Keep in mind the black man himself chose a white woman as a partner, procreated and gave birth to a mixed child, and is now acting surprised or upset that his mixed child is choosing the white girl bottle over the black one. This is what always happens. Mixed people oftentimes consciously or unconsciously lean towards their white side. The only reason why a lot of mixed people today often claim to be black is because the white community rejects them wholeheartedly. I promise you if white people weren't so bigoted of mixed people or hung up on the one drop rule nonsense, a lot of mixed people would likely choose to be white representing as opposed to black representing. When you have mixed children you have to come to terms that they may not want to identify with their black side. It's hard to sell them on that notion when they can just look at you and see that you chose someone who wasn't part of your race. Also why is it that people expect mixed people to choose their black side? They are mixed. It's a 50/50. They can choose either side and you have to be content with that. That's the choice you made when you brought them into this world.

When you have mixed children you have to come to terms that they may not want to identify with their black side. It's hard to sell them on that notion when they can just look at you and see that you chose someone who wasn't part of your race. Also why is it that people expect mixed people to choose their black side? They are mixed. It's a 50/50. They can choose either side and you have to be content with that. That's the choice you made when you brought them into this world.
