They shared firsthand accounts of how their religious liberty had been violated. Many have already won their cases before the Supreme Court, while others are still fighting in the courts. Based on the testimony we heard and the Commission's findings, it became clear time and again that Americans' religious freedoms were being denied based on the fictitious claim that the "separation of church and state" is found in the Constitution. As a result, we presented President Trump with 12 recommendations to strengthen and restore religious liberty in America.

All 24 tirthankar of Jainism are born in India and attained moksh from India itself.
