NM Highlands completed the New Mexico sweep, winning a 69-55 shoot out over Western NM last night (9/6/25), behind Jeffery Jones’ record breaking performance. True Freshman RB Jeffery Jones broke the D2 freshman single game rushing yards record of 380 yards, which was set Tiffin’s Garrion Corbin on 11/6/02. 🏈Last night, Jones ran for 385 on just 22 carries (20 less carries than Corbin’s 44) and scored 4 TDs, setting the new freshman single game rushing yards record. With a total of 608 rushing yards in his first 2 games, the freshman season rushing yards record of 2,064 (set by Joique Bell of Wayne St in 2006) appears obtainable. Jones needs 1,457 yards in the next 9 games (161.9 yards per game) to break that record. Jones wasn’t the only Highlands’ player that had a great game. Highlands was also led to the win by: 🏈 Tevita Valeti, 11 Carries for 138 Yds & 2 TDs; 🏈 Jaden Montalvo, 5 Kickoff Returns for 187 Yds, including returning the opening kickoff 95 Yds to the house; 🏈 Ike Udengwu, 6 Cmps on 12 Atts for 135 Yds & a TD; 🏈 Mike Jones, 3 Recs for 44 Yds; 🏈 Awsten Turnbow, 11 Tackles (9 Solo & 2 Ast); & 🏈 Britt Alexander, 9 for 9 on PATs & 2 for 2 on FGs (25 Yds & 40 Yds). NM Highlands will be looking for another strong performance from Jones and Valeti when they start conference play by hosting SD Mines next Saturday. Here are a few of NM Highlands’ highlights from last night’s win, including an amazing catch out of the backfield by Jones: #RMAC #RMACfb #TheNewHighlands #CowboyTough #ThisIsHighlands

September 30, 1984 The Most Bizarre Game In NFL History Giants vs. Rams in Anaheim 1. Opening Kickoff Rams returner A.J. Jones (for whatever reason) decides to not field the kick — a live ball! The Giants' Phil McConkey recovers the pigskin in the end zone for a touchdown and a 6-0 New York lead, nine seconds into the game. The extra point is missed. 2. Goalpost Mysteriously Falls Down After a Rams field goal late in the first half, the goalpost in the north end zone of Anaheim Stadium suddenly falls over on its side. Wind is not a factor, it simply falls without explanation. Play resumes following an eight-minute delay. 3. Rams Become the First Team in NFL History to Record Three Safeties in a Game During the third quarter, the Rams block two Giants punts in the end zone — each resulting in a safety — and sack Phil Simms in the end zone for another. It is the only time this has happened in an NFL game — the Rams perform the feat in a single quarter. Rams rookie Henry Ellard also returns a punt 83 yards for a touchdown — the longest of his career. Rams 33, Giants 12

2025 was year two of Snagged. We didn’t know exactly how big the year would be. In the end: 467 domain deals totaling $24M+. Highlights from the year: ⭐️ An in-person, six-figure deal closed in the Appalachian Mountains (paid in gold coins) 🇷🇺 A Moscow deal involving stacks of cash and Russian sanctions lawyers (also in-person) 💰 8 deals over $1M 🏆 Trophy names like Slash*com, Monarch*com, and Scribe*com (plus a lot more we can’t talk about, yet) The biggest milestone of all: Brian Jarcho officially joining Rob Schutz as a Partner. Two friends from elementary school, now running Snagged together. Along the way, we launched the Snagged marketplace, added 75+ premium domains under representation, published 72 nerdy blog posts, and ordered 100 bobbleheads. Onward to 2026. 🪝

The AI boom is running on the biggest energy fraud in history. Everyone is arguing about whether the chips are a bubble. But the real problem is one floor down, in the electricity that is supposed to make the whole thing physically real. And the smartest money on Wall Street is the one funding it. Here's what's going on right now: AI data centers cannot wait years for a grid connection, so they went behind the meter and started generating their own power on-site with fuel cells. One company became the face of that entire trade. Its stock is up more than 1,100% in a single year. It just posted its first billion-dollar quarter, $1.065 billion in revenue, a jump of 166%. In June, Brookfield quintupled its financing commitment to the company from $5 billion to $25 billion, part of a $100 billion AI infrastructure fund. Oracle expanded its own deal to 2.8 gigawatts. The message to the market was clean: The power problem is solved, and the giants are validating it with billions. Then a short seller named Hunterbrook pulled the audited filings on that company, Bloom Energy... What they found was a machine selling to ITSELF. In the fourth quarter of 2025, 74% of Bloom's revenue came from joint ventures Bloom partly owns alongside Brookfield. For all of 2025, around 44% came from related parties. Those joint ventures have names. They are called Bolt US JVCo LLC and ORC HoldCo LLC, both formed in August 2025. Bloom holds a single-digit stake in one and 15% in another, and Brookfield holds the rest. Bloom sells its fuel cells into these financing affiliates and books the revenue on the sale, even though the affiliate is not the customer actually burning the power. Its own auditor, Deloitte, flagged the arrangement as a critical audit matter. So the blowout growth the whole market is celebrating is, in large part, Bloom selling equipment to an entity its own financier controls. Then comes the backlog: Bloom markets a $20 billion order book. According to its audited filings, the binding obligations behind that number were roughly $492 million as of the first quarter of 2026. The headline and the actual contracts are separated by an entire order of magnitude. But the most damning part is the product itself: Hunterbrook pulled 15 years of public generation data. In New York, all 37 metered systems fell below Bloom's own efficiency benchmark at a median of just 20 months, and only one was on pace to survive the five years Bloom advertises. A part-owner of one New York project said Bloom paid them a multimillion-dollar penalty because the cells ran below the promised output. Bloom rejects all of it as false and misleading, stands behind its audited statements, and insists its supply chain does not depend on China. But the joint-venture accounting sits in public footnotes - and the market sided with Bloom anyway. The stock shrugged off both reports and climbed to record highs, because Brookfield and Oracle are sophisticated buyers writing real checks, and the fuel cells are running in the field today. Here is why this reaches far beyond one company: The power layer was the one part of the AI story that everyone treated as solid ground. The chips could be overvalued and the models could disappoint, but surely the electricity was real. If that electricity turns out to be a money loop wrapped around a product that degrades years early, then the foundation under a multi-trillion-dollar buildout is not what the market believes it is. And Brookfield just committed 25 billion more dollars to keep the loop spinning. The receipts have been public for over a month but Wall Street simply decided not to read them. Thoughts?

“I just wanted to go with him” The mother of Welsh football manager Gary Speed speaks about what life has been like without him since he tragically took his own life almost 15 years ago. The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with England Captain Harry Kane, Dame Kelly Holmes and other sporting faces, have launched a major new project on suicide prevention - a tool-kit to help ask the right questions if you're concerned about someone. For 22 years Gary Speed starred for Leeds, Newcastle, Bolton, Sheffield United as well as Everton. He played for Wales over 80 times, was captain for more than half of those and his final job was to manage the team. The death of the football legend shocked the world of sport and started a crucial conversation around men's mental health. In an emotional 5 News interview, Gary’s mother said: “I feel quite ashamed that I should have known that he was struggling. But he didn’t give us any ideas… Obviously something was troubling him”. “It’s hard to come to terms with even now, after 15 years that - well I should have been there for him.” 5 News presenter and former host of Football Focus Dan Walker said to Carol: “I was somebody who was a good friend of his. I spent that last day with him. We were on TV together. “I often think about things I should have seen that day, questions I could have asked him. Could I have rung him on his way home? What could I have seen?” Reflecting on her grief, Carol Speed said, “When that numbness cleared a bit, I just wanted to go with him.” But she was “surprised” by all the support from friends, family and masses of fans, saying: “He was loved. Everyone thought the world of him.” #mentalhealth #Royal

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH CHRIS CAMILLO AND AMIT KUKREJA We sat down with Chris Camillo and amit for a full length conversation on the state of humanoid robotics, the timeline, the supply chain, and where the investable opportunities actually are. Here is the full video with timestamps: 0:47 The current player landscape: Figure, Apptronik, Boston Dynamics, and where Tesla, Google, Amazon, OpenAI, and Anthropic fit in 5:10 Why Elon's own comments on Optimus suggest the timeline is longer than retail investors think 6:15 The real bottleneck isn't building robots, it's deployment and change management at scale 8:34 The new rule requiring 65% of a robot's components be made in the US, rising to 80% within the next several years 15:21 Why Camillo isn't worried about robotic hands anymore 27:04 Wheeled robots vs bipedal robots, and why wheeled wins most early deployments 19:20 The open weight vs closed weight debate about to play out in robotics 21:22 Why most humanoid CEOs are saying no to military contracts 33:56 The battery charging debate, and why Camillo thinks standing-pad charging makes no sense 36:30 Which public names investors are circling for robotics supply chain exposure 38:06 Camillo's actual timeline call: small deployments through 2027, real scale in 2028, and where an IPO window could open

You’ve built something very valuable for a private equity group to acquire. You’ve either started a company from scratch or acquired one; you then operated and scaled it. After 5-10+ years, you sold a majority to a PE firm (cash and rolled minority equity); then several more years later you receive the “second bite of the apple”, larger than the first cash payment. A major liquidity and wealth milestone for you and your family, maybe beyond your dreams. But here’s the question no one asks: Now that you have wealth…how do you keep it? Two scenarios: A gentleman sold his construction company for $20 million. Within a year, half was gone. He had “diversified” into venture capital, luxury condos, and private crypto funds. He was chasing shiny objects. Contrast that with another entrepreneur who sold his HVAC business for the same amount. He put 60% into municipal bonds and short-term Treasuries, then took his time deciding what to do with the rest. The lesson: You don’t need to swing hard after you’ve already hit the home run. Build the wealth, then preserve and compound for today, tomorrow and future generations. In this episode, I break down the two-bucket philosophy: - Capital Preservation - Balanced and Compounded Growth I hope it gets you thinking about how to preserve and compound your wealth...starting today. Timestamps: 0:00 The hidden question after success: what do you do with the money? 1:30 Builders vs. stewards: different skill sets, same discipline 2:00 How legacy families preserve wealth for generations 2:30 "From rice field to rice field" 4:00 The simple fundamentals wealthy families follow 4:20 Why complexity sells, but simplicity endures 5:45 The two-bucket philosophy: preservation and compounding 6:01 Pillar #1: Conservative fixed income (your stability base) 6:40 Story: The entrepreneur who lost half his fortune chasing returns 7:22 Sponsor: CapitalBad - the marketplace for long-term investors 8:16 Pillar #2: High income strategy (living off cash flow) 9:12 Example: The Midwestern family that compounds quietly 9:15 Pillar #3: Long-term growth (own great companies for decades) 10:05 Compounding only works if you let it 10:59 Consumption vs. compounding: every generation’s choice 11:45 Structure, simplicity, and temperament in wealth management 12:00 Can you manage yourself as well as you managed your company?
