Impeach corrupt and activist judges. If you coddle criminals, refuse to enforce immigration laws, and go soft on crime, you do not deserve to be in charge of justice in this country. The American people are tired of a two tiered justice system. They deserve a system actually working for them, judges who follow the law, and consequences for those who do not. Judges who refuse to do their job need to be removed.

Once again, without reviewing any progression in the case, the judges granted another ten-day remand, which proves that the judges and the judicial system have completely failed to deliver justice. These institutions, which claim to represent justice, are actually demolishing the justice system. They were originally established to uphold justice, but they are now utterly failing. These judges have no integrity—whether it’s out of fear or because of rewards they may have received. The Pakistani judicial system has entirely collapsed, and in its place stands a rule of injustice. We have always made it clear that our struggle is for the implementation of justice. We demanded that missing persons be brought before the courts. Whatever the state is doing to the Baloch people should at least go through the legal system, there must be legality. But instead, the justice system itself is being weaponized against us as a tool of repression. This is not just injustice against us: it is a tragedy for the entire Pakistani judicial system. At least DeCarlos Brown Jr. was honest. As a 14-time criminal, he openly admitted in his actions that if released, he would kill again. It’s in his nature. And we have seen judges across the country say they can't trust prosecutors anymore. And that has such a cascading effect… They're just not effective at doing their job anymore. Kennedy: I don't think our criminal justice system should be politicized. I wish that President Obama had talked to AG Garland, and President Biden. They prosecuted a former president. He was a candidate running against Garland’s boss. But just because someone is prosecuted, who is your political opponent, doesn't necessarily mean that they shouldn't be prosecuted if they committed a crime and that's why god made federal judges.

BRIAN MOLEFE In South Africa, we don't have courts of justice. We have courts of law. People don't go to court to get justice. They go to court for a judge to apply the law. Justice is unavailable for the large majority of this country. As long as you are black & poor, forget about justice Even if you are getting screwed, your rights are being trampled upon, you have no means to fight & get justice. It costs thousands and thousands of Rands to submit papers to court. Not to get justice. Just to want to have your case heard. Where do you expect people to get that money from!? Worse, you sometimes get government or big companies going after citizens. How should they defend themselves. I saw that I was also being written off as the worst and vile corrupt state capture. I joined the fight & fought hard. I studied law so that I could help in my defence for justice
