It is a funny story, but it is very far from reality. The difference is actually very simple. Socialism - is when the surplus value created by people goes to public funds, such as public consumption funds and accumulation funds, from which people later can receive pension, which subsidizes education, healthcare, housing. In Capitalism, surplus value created by people goes to "consumption and accumulation" funds of individual capitalists or oligarchs, who buy themselves yachts, planes and islands. Very simple.
