Elon Musk on building data centers in Space: "We don't think this is a particularly difficult thing to do. In fact, we think it's easier than our communication satellites. The Starlink V3 communication satellite is an incredibly complex machine. The AI data center would be much simpler by comparison,... show more

hi

I just hope that they have a plan for retrieving them, and managing the collateral damage of "space junk" falling back into the atmosphere.

How much would cost to get starlink on my iPhone

И это так - ! Новэй абгейд в 3 раза эффективнее - ! В 3 раза = 300 % - ! Не 0,3 % Не 3 % Не 30 % Хм 300 %

👍♥️

Fucking bullshit

He’s an incredible problem solver and it makes perfect sense

MAGA exploded once, AMERICA IS BACK has the full force of the movement and the President steering it. Way too easy. 💪

if a data center in space is "easier" than starlink v3, i'm starting to think elon's definition of "easy" is just "not on earth."

The new police infrastructure boost signals Odisha’s focus on stronger, tech-enabled law enforcement.

This is the future.

How do you cool a datacenter in space? Radiators dump heat to vacuum, thermal gradients get wild. Starlink at least has the atmosphere. Sounds like you're solving the harder problem, not easier.

@elonmusk fuck you u built them things buy your house 🏠

ultimate off-site backup

So we’re just casually moving data centers into orbit now? 😭🚀 2020 was remote work 2026 is space computing.

He’s not wrong on the “easier than V3” part as a comms sat has crazy beamforming, phased arrays, regulatory hurdles. A space data center is basically solar + cooling + GPUs + lasers. There are some bottlenecks like: 1. Cooling in space: No air to dump heat. Radiators get huge and heavy fast. 2. Radiation + reliability: Cosmic rays fry chips. You’d need radiation-hardened hardware or accept higher failure rates. 3. Launch cost + maintenance: If a GPU dies, you can’t send a tech. You’d need massive redundancy. 4. Latency: Laser up/down via Starlink adds delay vs ground data centers for training workloads.

Starlink’s potential is limitless.

You already know! 🤝

he should narrate some Space Weather Channel reporting on quasars and comet altitude activity… voice is bangin’ 💯 💫 🌎

🤯 THIS IS NEXT‑LEVEL THINKING — and if anyone can pull it off, it’s him! 🚀📡

space data centers is wild

Nothing seems to be difficult or impossible for Elon 🔥💯
